My wife and I try to eat here at least once every time we are on the Big Island. We were there again and were not disappointed. It is not elegant eating and it seemed that we might have been the only tourists in the place. The locals love it as do we. Less expensive than most of the well... More

Fantastic short ribs! The Mahi Mahi was fresh. The place is nothing to write home about and there is no view, but we were pleased with the food.

We came across this place 7 years ago and enjoyed it so we wanted to try it again this trip. We were not disappointed, both our meals were good and we were happy we returned. Service was good, a lot of locals were in for lunch, the prices reasonable for the area. We would return.

This is a second floor restaurant. We had to wait for a table and had to keep reminding them that we were waiting, even after tables became available. The menu was good. The food was pretty good although not fantastic.

Best dish is Black bean seafood combination. An outstanding dish. All other dinners are great too. Wonderful ambiance. Great service. Friendly staff. Very comfortable chairs & tables. Very reasonable prices.

It's taken me a while to write this review. We visited in March 2014 during our spring break visit and am reminded of this restaurant by my daughter as I plan our next Big Island visit next March. We both loved this place, not for the ambiance, but for the food. We came here twice during our visit, recommended to... More

Don"t go, to this not worth the money you don't get your money's worth. Not a nice location, have to walk on gravel, in sandals, walk up grass hill, for dessert, not enough chairs or food tables.

Stopped in for lunch after a morning at Beach 69 (Waialea). beer on tap was cold & tasty. fish sandwiches were delicious - we spotted the pineapple-macadamia nut coleslaw and ordered that as a shared side, wow! restaurant is upstairs; view is of a working harbor (not great, but interesting). Very good stop while touring the northwest side of the... More

We went here as a last minute meal after doing a manta ray night snorkel. We shared the Island Salad which was awesome - would be great with a protein added as a full meal. My husband and I each got the fish sandwich with the fresh fish of the day (I can't remember what the fish was). Very hot,... More

On second floor of two story building across from the Commercial harbor. Park around the back. The fish is what is caught that day or the night before. Cooked by someone who really knows how to do it. Wonderful place! Nice looking Mai tais- although we did not try them. Would certainly go back!!
