Of the great coffee available near Kona, this was the best. The food was so good we ended up eating here four times in our week stay near Honaunau. Great portions of creatively prepared organic meals. As a committed carnivore, I was stunned by the flavor of the macadamia nut veggie burger, but every meal was a treat.

We ate here twice, once after being starved from hours of snorkeling down at Two Step, and another just passing thru. The food here is fresh, well cooked and delicious and plentiful. We sat out on the covered lanai, and enjoyed the warm air and watching geckos wander about. Needless to say the coffee here is divine! Hubby liked his... More

When my husband and I travel we always love to find unique little places like this. I had the macadamia nut burger and it was amazing. I have yet to find a recipe or any other place that offers this. Highly recommended.

We went for lunch. I had a veggie sandwich (had ham added) and husband had a beef burger which he said was so juicy and tastie. His coleslaw was exctermily delicious and I asked for the recipe. I brought home a small banana loaf for breakfast and a monster cookie for a snack. The coffee was local Kona and very... More

We stopped in for lunch which was great. I had the macadamia nut veggie burger which was delicious. The deserts in the display case were too much to resist. We bought the coffee cake, carrot cake and macadamia nut chocolate chip cookie. All winners. Food aside, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a good, casual eating experience.

We had the macadamia nut burger and veg wrap and they were soooo good. One of the best meals on the island with super friendly staff. Everything was fresh and reasonably priced. Nice outdoor space in the shade.

Were immediately welcomed warmly by the owner the moment we stepped inside. Very smooth, fabulous local coffee and in-house pastries. Saw some folks online needing to know the hours of operation, so here they are: Monday- closed Tues- Friday - 7am to 4pm (breakfast starting at 8am) Sat. - 8-4 Sun. 8-3

We were exploring the coast and chose this cafe somewhat randomly. The staff were friendly and attentive. My husband and I each ordered a cup of coffee and the Ahi sandwich. We received an enormous sandwich with a huge portion of perfectly grilled fish dressed with fresh lettuce and tomato and Dijon mayonnaise, crispy chips, a pickle, and the most... More
