Abundant and beautiful California Wine Country in the Northeast Heights. Welcome to “Savoy”! A sun-filled, unpretentious but sophisticated, wine-friendly restaurant. As you walk into the dramatic high-ceiling entryway, you are moved in all directions. To the East you have a frosted view of the tasting room, loaded with fresh flowers and walls of glass-encased wine. To the West you get a glimpse of the lounge bar leading to the vine-covered patio. Light, open and airy with butter-colored walls, dark wood and black & white photography of wine country all come together to create an elegant yet surprisingly comfortable atmosphere in the main dining room. The dark and contemporary edge to the room is offset during the day with an abundance of natural light from large windows and three strategically placed skylights. That oven will be our culinary focal point for the exhibition kitchen, where our guests will see and smell the citrus roasted duckling, the roasted platter of shellfish

Excellent Dinner!

We came for dinner with some business associates. We were seated promptly, served water and offered the menus. The waiter was quite attentive and brought us some fabulous tasting bread. Three of our guests had the beef filet. It was tender and enjoyed by all. The salads were freshly prepared and... read more

This restaurant always pleases, with excellent meals, wonderful presentations, great service, and a pleasant ambiance. We have visited several times, and are invariably delighted with the entire experience. It supposedly aims to be a "California" style restaurant, but that description understates its appeal; it is more "elegant continental", but with reasonable prices. Perhaps because of its location away from the... More

Delightful lunch for the second time at Savoy. High ceilings, well decorated, super wait staff. We asked where the seared Ahi was coming from, and the chef personally brought out a beautiful piece of fish flown in from Hawaii, where we live. The entree was delectable, sauce was perfect. Asked for extra wasabi in my smashed potatoes and was brought... More

One of my strategic business partners and I had a great dinner at Savoy last week. Although I am a regular visitor to this location for our periodic wine tasting events with the local Women in Tech group, I had not been to dinner at Savoy in awhile. I am never disappointed in the food, wine, and service at this... More

Stopped in here, after running some holiday errands and what I treat! White linens, attentive servers, warm bread with spicy butter-- instant relaxation. There's a good wine list to choose some new wines from; I had trouble deciding what to order. The wine and bread held me over while I studied the menu. My partner had the cedar plank salmon... More

My work group held an informal gathering here. There is a smaller room towards the back which we used. The finger food was warm, tasty and the servers kept the food coming. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. It was a cozy place to move around and mingle.

Following a friend's recommendation, we decided to try Savoy during happy hour. The bar was bustling with activity. We ordered the angus burger off the happy hour menu. The six dollar burger comes with a side of french fries. When the burger arrived at the table it was cut into halves. Before picking up the burger I could see that... More

OMG...I stomped over here http://tinyurl.com/q72dk9d last night to squish in my 2 daughters birthdays and their wedding anniveraries within October, in this crisp/moderne setting while served by a proficiently attentive, head's up waitstaff. Just getting out of the starting gate with a serving of bread with its garlic/thyme buttery compound, I'd say my teen G-daughters were thinking the place might... More

We met a friend of my sister's here for dinner. The place is lovely inside and the wait staff very friendly. We ordered wine and took out time picking out things from the menu. I had ahi tuna, one guest had the prime rib dinner with garlic mashed potatoes, another guest had chicken and my significant other had the lamb... More

The food and the service at Savoy are good. The locally food movement is clear by the menu choices, and I appreciate that. Our server was very friendly, almost too chatty with us for my taste. We had pretty standard fare, filet, lamb, mashed potatoes and green beans. Wine and dessert were good too. It was a solid meal. But... More
