Very good fish and chips with fresh coleslaw. The coleslaw included wedges of apple. The fish used the day I went was Haddock. This is the same fish eateries along the Maine coast use. For dessert, we had bread pudding. Very tasty and a huge serving. Also, a good selection of beer.

The food was delicious, the drinks creative and the atmosphere was reminiscent of an Irish Pub. The server was attentive and we'll be back.

I wasn't sure what to expect but I am very glad I gave it a try. This thing was so filling I had to get my dessert to go.

Two Fools is an unusual restaurant to find in Albuquerque. Amid the New Mexican restaurants, and the national chains, finding an Irish pub is a stoke of luck. Finding an excellent Irish pub is even more unusual. As already noted, the fish and chips is outstanding. My dining mate ordered stew and said it the best he ever had.

Albuquerque is not a hot spot of dining and entertainment. Even when compared with other cities of the same size. That's the simple truth. The general exception is New Mexico food, which Albuquerque makes available in a huge range of quality, price, and variety. The specific exception is the Two Fools Tavern (TFT). It is one of the pseudo-Celtic themed... More

My guy and I went for the fish and chips. It was his first time. I forgot how big the portions were. They are not stingy. We had enough food for 2 more people. I am not a fish eater but I will indulge here. My guy also was impressed. We had chips and salsa as an appetizer and we... More

Great Atmosphere, Great drinks! (they always pour them strong lol), you can tell the management is on top of it, and the food is one of the best places to eat in Albuquerque. Especially when you get tired of Mexican Cuisine! I would also walk around the streets as this is very close to UNM and shops! Won't be sorry... More

My husband and I tried this place last night from a suggestion from a co-worker. I had the fish & chips which were amazing!! My husband had the bookkeeper which is a french dip of sorts and it was amazing as well. We both mmm'd all throughout dinner. We have added this to our list of favorite restaurants. Atmosphere is... Best Friday fish fry in town. Being from Wisconsin, that's a sight for sore eyes. And go with the smaller order of cod. The larger is massive! Beer selection is great. It's dark in this tavern, which I've heard people complain about, but I like it. Only thing I don't like is how crowded it always is.
