Had the fried chicken and it was outstanding. The meat was very moist and the skind was nice and crispy.

My husband and I are vegetarians. The staff and the chef at Zinc went out of their way to prepare a tasty and nutritious meal for us. I was so impressed with the meal, when I met the chef, I told him I would be recreating the meal at home the following day. To my astonishment, he WROTE the recipe... More

We lingered for over two hours last evening while savoring our delicious meals at the Zinc Wine Bar & Bistro located in Albuquerque's historic Nob Hill district. We had reserved a window table from which we could enjoy watching the outside Route 66 nightlife. We began our dining with their Crispy Duck Confit Egg Rolls appetizer served with peanut curry... Dinner for four on a recent visit was excellent. One couple split Tomato cheese tart and we split a Caesar Salad. The tart looked great but I did not taste it. The salad as good but could have been a bit larger for the price and could have had a bit more anchovy for my taste. The four entrees were:... More

The cellar bar is my favorite nightlife place in ABQ. It's the perfect place to grab a drink with a friend and talk and enjoy the night. Happy hour daily is also a good option.

I won a raffle ticket for a brunch for two. Will for sure re-visit this restaurant. There were lots of things on the brunch menu, but my friend and I decided to split 3 items. Baklava crepes. Wonderful. Salad with strawberries, great! French Toast. WOW! Huge serving, really, really good! I will for sure go back for a dinner!

Attractive, upscale, trendy restaurant in Nob Hill section of Albuquerque. Open kitchen and nice balcony area. Food is a few notches up from regular fare around town. Portions are a little on the large size which is typical for New Mexico.....go with friends and share. Reservations are recommended. Have a drink in cellar bar for a more relaxed atmosphere.

We ate dinner here on our final night in Albuquerque. We had lots of great New Mexico cuisine and wanted to try something a little more upscale. Zinc delivered! They had a large selection of wines and other alcoholic drinks including some wine flights. They also had taster menus and lighter portion dinners which pleased me and my partner. The... More
