Watch out for the pot holes in the parking lot!

Yes, the pot holes were fierce, but the green chili crust pizza was worth it! This is a super cozy neighborhood bakery that looks like it's been there a long time. We stopped in here one morning for some goodies. Ended up with a few empanadas, a flauta and some good hard rolls. Empanadas were good, flauta nothing special. When we walked in, we were greeted with a cookie. Good for a quick breakfast treat.

Followed others' recommendations and ordered the combination pizza on green chile crust. Fresh and delicious. Blueberry and pumpkin empanadas were tender and thoughtfully flavored- not cloyingly sweet. Great find! They have wine and beer, too.

Every year, I have to make a stop at Golden Crown Bakery. The Green Chile bread is tasty. I enjoy their pizza on the green chile crust. Each visitor gets a biscochito to sample.

We went here for lunch. The line was reasonable and seating was easy to get despite the tiny dining area. We were given biscochitos to sample when ordering...which were delicious! We ordered the 12 inch golden meat pizza, which was slightly embarrassing to say aloud. The pizza made up for it. The crust had a great texture and they didn't... More

Cozy little local bakery and café, where the sweets and breads are scrumptious! Sandwiches, pizza, wine, local beers are also available. Limited seating, but some tables out on the patio help when the weather's nice - which it usually is in Albuquerque. Come here and see "small town" Albuquerque at its best.

This is a local gem! The green chile bread is just excellent with a crispy crust and melt in your mouth middle. The personal pizza is my favorite with the green chile crust. The blue corn crust is also very tasty and almost like a flat bread. The people are so friendly and cheerful! Oh and the latte I had... More

I always stop by here when I'm in town -- the marranitos are a favorite for my whole office, and usually my friends back home would like me to bring them some as well. I'm also a fan of their blue corn crust pizza. Everything looks delicious, and they have a lovely tea selection as well.

Great Biscochitos--even sugar free. Nice variety of flavors. By the way, their Biscochito is basically a flat round sugar cookie dusted with sugar and cinnamon. You can get the cookies in a clear plastic clam shell for giving. The bread looked awesome! The top of the loaf was about 6" over the top of the pan! It looked like they... More

There are some places which make you feel travel back in time, the cookies smell like grandma's house when we were kids, the breads are so fresh and always yummy!!! The empanadas are out of this world. They have a great selection of freshly made pizzas.....if you are looking for a quick bite, craving for a dessert, grab some cookies,... More
