Best Mexican food I have had in a long time.

Know ahead of time, this is an excellent, well-priced dive. Fabulous chips and salsa. Nothing fancy, but good enough to have won a James Beard Award. Wonderfully nice and attentive wait staff and employees. Extremely accommodating with kids.

We stopped in after a long morning in the car with two small children. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. When my daughter wanted queso (not on the menu) they were able to make her some plain cheese nachos that made my picky girl very happy. My husband had an enchilada platter with red sauce and ate every bite.... More

May you never change... Great red or green chile sauce that would be great on a flip flop... The pork is perfectly balanced and tender and a great counter point to the green chile sauce. When in ABQ a most stop...

We loved that this is not a tourist joint. Many locals were here today for lunch. Everyone comes for the food! We enjoyed the turnover w chicken and cheese and the special carne adovada. Delicious! We ended our meal with their special Mexican Wedding cake which was also very good. This is not a fancy place, but you can tell... More

James Beard award winner for a reason...found the service very attentive and informative. The meal was delicious as each of the four of us got the pork different ways. They ran out of the Wedding Cake so that was a disappointment. The restaurant itself is rundown and could be cleaner but that depends on your mindset...we took as a positive... More

Cinco de Mayo 2015: I began my day enjoying the Wednesday special, a crispy, meaty Carne Adovada Chimichanga, smothered in a homemade red New Mexico chile, garnished and served with rice and beans. Carne Adovada is pulled pork and cubed pork marinated and cooked over a long period of time in a red New Mexico chile. They put the meat... More

Blend mediocre food. The tortillas are store-bought the salsa taste like it's from a jar and they need to change the oil more frequently. The restaurant is rundown and dirty. highly disappointed.

Excellent friendly staff! Tasty but not too hot red chile sauce and the prices are reasonable. If you'd like a beer with your meal just get the food to-go and head down the street to Tractor Wells Park to eat with a beer. :) They close fairly early so make sure you check their hours.

Best kept secret (not so secret) in 'Burque! Homemade everything! Same chefs for 36 years, same waitress 30 years. Los abuelos family recipes! Really the finest red chile (made from sun dried red pods from Hatch) I've had, and I'm a seasoned New Mexican chile freak! Sweet people, fantastic food! Viva La raza at Titos!

Excellent customer service, and the food came out quickly. My boyfriend got the 'Monday Special' while I got the 'Carne Adovado', everything was fantastic. The red and green chili were both pretty spicy, but delicious. We got the Mexican Wedding Cake for dessert and all I can say is 'amazing'.
