Healthy eating!

My husband and I are watching our weight and trying to eat healthier. Ichiban allows you to enjoy tasty food without feeling guilty. We go here for lunch and dinner. Nice neighborhood Japanese restaurant with the typical offerings well done; but expensive. Not very friendly service and too dark for our liking. Food is good; but not exceptional

If you are looking for sushi in the Corrales area of Albuquerque, give this restaurant a try. Their sushi is very fresh and best of all they have white tuna at a very reasonable price. Was a little afraid to try it because it was cheaper than any sushi restaurant we have ever been to. The nice thing is they... More

Went with some friends from out of town. Never been here before. Very disappointed. The Miso soup was so salty was could not eat it. Food was nothing to brag about. I thought I was eating a rubber chicken, and had to hunt for veggies on the plate.

This Japanese restaurant is located at a very busy crossroad @ Alameda near Sprouts Supermarket. I have eaten here multiple times because if you are around the Cottonwood Mall & Rio Rancho, it's hard to find a decent Japanese restaurant. So ignore the 1980's ugly peach colored walls and enjoy the consistently good food. Every time I've been here for... More

Everyone ordered Sushi, except my son but we had good service and you couldn't aask for a better dinner. I also ordered some Bulgogi, so I could have it for the next day, but... More

Our whole family has come here many times over the years. I think some of the comments about rudeness might be a cultural difference. Our trip this time was great. Had the nigiri lunch special and it was wonderful. Miso soup is so good and we were treated nicely. There was even a misunderstanding that they worked out well for... More

Staff is very rude and the food is not worth the trip! I can't believe this place still exist with staffs/servers treating customers poorly. It was my first time trying this place out and last. I will inform all my friends and family not to go to this place!

Revision of previous review. Staff member is rude. What more can I say? The food remains the same. A good value for lunch. Overpriced for dinner. We have visited this restaurant for the last time. We won't be going back.
