On the recommendation of my wife's nail salon ladies, we stopped by for lunch on a visit to Albuquerque.i had the rare beef pho, my wife the pawn pork squid combination soup. We loved the extras brought to the table, basil, cilantro, sprouts, lime and hot pepper! There was enough soup to take home for another meal. Very reasonable prices... More

Another vietnamese restaurant in the city. Ambience is not bad unlike my other top 2 vietnamese restaurants in ABQ. Rare beef pho is okay, nothing special. I had better ones in town. Service is fast. I will come back and try their "Bun".

A simple place hidden away in a strip mall. My crispy pork chops with rice and salad (delicious spicy dressing) was a very large serving and delicious. My dining companion's chicken curry was huge --she claimed there was a whole chicken in the curry. I will be going back to try more of the interesting dishes. Only one criticism --no... More

It's hard to find this place, tucked in a shopping center off San Mateo. But the food is worth it. I had nicely spiced chicken with fresh steamed vegetables and shrimp fried rice. The service was friendly and efficient. The prices are reasonable. No atmosphere, just basic furnishings.

I've been here twice, and the first time the waitperson seemed to be a little rushed and it was only 8oclock. The food was still very tasty so I returned a second time. We had a different waiter who was a 180 from the other one. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I just love that in... More

Went here for Valentine's Day dinner. Arrived around 8:30 and restaurant closed at 9pm. That being said, I have worked for many years in the restaurant industry and when an establishment says it closes at a particular time it does not mean that the employees are all cleaned up and walking out the door at that hour. I was less... More

Saigon Restaurant has two locations, Albuquerque, NM and Rio Rancho, NM. This is a great restaurant, we enjoy the food more than Chinese. The owners are warm and interested in their guests. The food is flavorful and fresh. Everyone needs to go here to dine.

Wanted to try a new Viet place and chose Saigon - a VERY good choice! The eggrolls and and veggies were great, as was the steak (#73) and my chop (#53). Very fresh, clean and attentive, almost too attentive waitpersons, but very caring. Go - now! Closed Tuesdays tho.

We found this place from TripAdvisor recommendations, and we were very happy to have eaten here. The food was good, although we have had better Vietnamese on the East Coast. But the dishes were all tasty, and the service was very friendly. We were amused at the staff's surprise that we actually knew how to order and eat Vietnamese food.... More

The food at the Saigon was wonderful! It was quite a drive from where we were staying - but we read great reviews on Trip Advisor - and decided to drive there. It was nice to take a break from Mexican food! We were not disappointed - the meal was excellent, the service was perfect. If you like good, authentic... More
