Trattoria Trombino's in Albuquerque has very good Italian food. If you are looking for a place on the north side of town, it is an excellent choice. Don't be overwhelmed by the full parking lot, there is more room inside than outside. I have never needed reservations. Service is usually good, but sometimes uneven. At times the kitchen seems a... Stopped by after arriving in Albuquerque after an Alaskan cruise. After flying from Seattle, we were hungry and my son, who resides in Albuquerque, suggested the place. Our server, Tiffany was outstanding (and kinda cute, too). Very patient with our group of 6. And the food....excellent. The mussels, scallops and shrimp in the red sauce and pasta combined was very... More

Start the evening with pleasant and professional service. Read carefully an extensive menu that is supplemented with a full and varied wine list. Be aware that the specials are REALLY special and one may have to return if one ever wants to go to the main menu. The food is more than ample and the plate presentation is truly a... More

The service was mediocre as was the food. Most restaurants will now split meals at no cost. Not Trombino's!! They charge $5 to put one meal on two plates. Even then it was only after an argument. They wanted to just bring one empty plate.

After a late-afternoon chamber concert at Albuquerque’s exquisite Simms Auditorium, what better than to top off the pleasure with a delicious meal at Trombino’s! We’ve been there a few times now, with friends and with family, and never been disappointed. Last Sunday I tried the Frutti di Mare in a white wine and fresh tomato sauce over linguine. The ample... I have been going to Trombino's for many years. It is only open for dinner (although they open fairly early). There is a separate bar area for those that want to watch sports. This is somewhat of a family restaurant. The menu has a variety of both pasta dishes as well as Italian "classics". Portions are large, entrees run from... More

Excellent Italian food - priced right! Service & staff were great. Was located close to our hotel and turned out to be a great find. Alot of locals which is a good sign too. We were there for Father's Day.

Trombinos never disappoints. The lasagna is my favorite dish. The pasta is made in house as well as the delicious desserts. Love this place!

Really big portions, yummy red sauce, lovely pasta dishes, great cold seafood salad with calamari. Long lines if you go during peak times so plan ahead.
