The service was mediocre as was the food. Most restaurants will now split meals at no cost. Not Trombino's!! They charge $5 to put one meal on two plates. Even then it was only after an argument. They wanted to just bring one empty plate.

After a late-afternoon chamber concert at Albuquerque’s exquisite Simms Auditorium, what better than to top off the pleasure with a delicious meal at Trombino’s! We’ve been there a few times now, with friends and with family, and never been disappointed. Last Sunday I tried the Frutti di Mare in a white wine and fresh tomato sauce over linguine. The ample... I have been going to Trombino's for many years. It is only open for dinner (although they open fairly early). There is a separate bar area for those that want to watch sports. This is somewhat of a family restaurant. The menu has a variety of both pasta dishes as well as Italian "classics". Portions are large, entrees run from... More

Excellent Italian food - priced right! Service & staff were great. Was located close to our hotel and turned out to be a great find. Alot of locals which is a good sign too. We were there for Father's Day.

Trombinos never disappoints. The lasagna is my favorite dish. The pasta is made in house as well as the delicious desserts. Love this place!

Really big portions, yummy red sauce, lovely pasta dishes, great cold seafood salad with calamari. Long lines if you go during peak times so plan ahead.

We have eaten Italian food everywhere, including odd places such as China, Hong Kong, France, et al. Without a doubt this restaurant ranks near the bottom. To describe a very pedestrian Italian restaurant one usually uses the term "its a typical red sauce restaurant". This one even defies that compliment. The decor is can described a road house modern, and... More

As an Alb native I have eaten at Tombino's over the years and always thought it was a "go to" place for good Italian food. Having been awhile since my last visit I will say Tombino's fell short this past weekend. We had a reservation so had no problems getting seated on this busy evening. We were a party of... More

My husband and I just moved from the east coast and were suffering from seafood withdrawal. We learned about the seafood market which is located right next door to Trombino's (which we will visit soon), so I decided to check out Trombino's website to see if they offered any seafood. They do! I also read many reviews on how great... More

First time trying this place out, had wanted to for a while but never got to it. We were missing out. The food was very good, some of the best Italian I've had in NM. The service was great, even thought it was obviously prom night we were well taken care of and the staff didn't seem overstressed etc. There... More
