Good enough to go back two nights in a row

The restrauant is within walking distance to more than five hotels in the area. Was impressed with the menu selection and especially the quality of the low calorie meals. The peper-corn sirloin stake with spinich was excellant and I came back the next night to have the same dish. Atmosphere... read more

A friend and I stopped at the Applebee's at 2000 Yale on our way home to Colorado. The food left a lot to be desired, the order was screwed up and then, although we asked for the senior discount, one was not given. We did enjoy sitting in the restaurant out of the cold and the eatery was near our... More

First off, I'll let you know up front that I am not a fan of Applebee's. I didn't choose to come here. The food was OK but not outstanding. I had the all-you-can-eat ribs with fries. I wouldn't recommend going here or any other Applebee's. The waitress did mess up an order, but comped us a dessert to make up... More

Worse French fries of any food chain. Crispy shrimp were no better. I think Applebee's has lost its edge. Too many other national chains of this type that are better

I have eaten at other Applebee's and this one would rank lower than others. I find they have a very limited selection of beer and wine, serving only low end cheap stuff. The food quality was ok but really roadhouse fast food rather than a dining experience. I would rate it just ok and if there were other restaurants within... More

We found this restaurant close to our hotel and we decided to have a light dinner there The wait was not long, and the service was good. My wife liked the Chicken tortilla soup, and I was happy with just buffalo wings and an a wine.

Interestingly - they forgot us. Completely. The hostess walking by asked if we were being taken care of and then they scrambled and did the right thing by us... good food and great service *after the gaff*... I would recommend this place even though I am not much on Applebees, as it is not what happened - but how they... More

We went for dinner and our server wasn't very attentive. We had to ask 3 times for the air conditioner to be turned off, they finally got the message once we put on our down jackets. My boyfriend and i were excited for the endless fries but when asked for more our server just said they only do that on... More

It's hard to say much about a chain restaurant but one thing I appreciate about Applebee's is that they keep their menu relevant and interesting. The salads are fresh and soups are good. Somewhat predictable, which is a good thing. Sometimes you just want reliable.

I thought the burgers looked great so I tried one. It was about half as thick as the ones shown on TV and in the menu. Manager said he hears this complaint often.
