Gold Street Caffe is a small local eatery that has been serving downtown Albuquerque for 18 years. Our menu is well thought out, made with care, and made from scratch. We are casual yet refined, and we serve the best food you'll find downtown. Whether on lunch, on vacation, or simply in the neighborhood, swing by for a bite; because above all we are here to serve you, and we love doing it!

Stopped walking by because it looked inviting. Dined side walk on a pleasant day. I selected scotch eggs which you rarely see on a menu. I was pleasantly surprised as the eggs weren't just coated with sausage but with spicy sausage. Better than in Scotland. With a salad and an IPA it was overall a very good experience. energetic and... More

We had breakfast here just a block down from the Railrunner station just before catching the train to Santa Fe. You pay more (maple syrup costs $$) but it was still very reasonable, was quick, had very good service and was very convenient to Amtrak/Railrunner.

I have eaten at Gold Street Caffe at least a dozen times. The staff, food, and drinks have consistently been exceptional every single time. The breakfast variety is broad and full of variation. The Gold Hash and the Southwest Eggs Benedict are 2 all time favorites. The coffee and espresso are very high-quality and rank up there with the city's... More

Met a friend and had the best cup of cream of mushroom soup! My son had the BLT and fries and he said it was delicious. Took 1/2 sandwich home for later. Would definitely return.

Made it into the Gold St Cafe twice during my short stay in town. If I were a local I'd probably be in here every day.

I used to eat here often, when I lived downtown. That was a few years ago. I would make a special trip just to get their thick cut, glazed bacon. The food was usually very good and the service relaxed but attentive. This time was a bit different. Gone is the thickcut bacon. Today it was two thin, even scrawny... More

Saw this place and decided to stop by. The "Huevos" breakfast was awesome. Wife had the eggs Benedict which were also good. Daughter had the oatmeal which came with some fruit. The fruit was very fresh and tasted great.

I thought fish tacos would wow me - they did not. However, the charm of the restaurant and the friendly service for a table of 7 was great for a quick luncheon meal. Site was an easy walk from the Hotel Andaluz where our meeting was being held.

I've had eggs benedict from coast to coast and border to border. These were, hands down, the best I've ever had. Great environment and great staff. Possibly the best part of Albuquerque.
