I like the food here. I especially like the lemon flavored chicken and rice soup. The food is good, the service is good, the wine is good. Yanni's is in the very popular Nob Hill area near the university. This spot is quite popular with local professionals at lunch. Others like to get drunk on Greek liquor at night ;) More

I have always enjoyed the food at Yanni's but occasionally the service has been a little spotty. Have not been to the "rooftop" yet, but I bet it is lovely, as it is 2 floors above street level, removed from the exhaust of passing traffic below. Probably has a good view for sunsets as well. More
