Yanni's was recommended to us by a work colleague, and since we weren't in the mood for Mexican we gave it a try. The location is nice and the restaurant was a bit more formal than expected. My wife and I went to Yanni's on Saturday evening before a Popejoy concert. I ordered the Fillet and my wife ordered the mixed Greek plate. Service was not up to par for an upscale restaurant. Our waitress seemed distracted and not fully engaged in her serving duties. The Fillet came out under cooked. Almost raw. Our waitress didn't check... More

First of all, this place has a great vibe! It's downtown, and is wonderfully located. We were there for a celebration with our family and we had a great table and excellent service. I recommend the Sunset Lemonade if you're looking for a cocktail.I ordered the NY strip with a vermouth glaze with scalloped potatoes and asparagus and it was... More

Honestly... Meh. We were underwhelmed. The moussaka was just ok, the vegetarian stuffed squash was under cooked... The baklava was dried out, not fresh at all and the chocolate cake with frangelico was just a pre bought dessert. Most of the meal was nothing special. However, the lamb shank was pretty good and the key lime pie was tasty as... More

We stumbled into Yanni's between rain storms and had a very enjoyable meal of Greek salads and Greek pasta, washed down with agua con gas and Greek wine. The service was excellent. The space is nicely done, with big windows and lots of blue and white.

I’ve been a regular customer of Yanni’s for years, and on a recent visit for a weekday lunch was pleased to see that the food and service are still of the same high quality I remembered. Yanni’s has a very good Greek menu with many excellent dishes, but the one I can never get past is the Parmesan crusted Yellow... More

We have been going to Yanni's for some years and generally everything is excellent. It is set in Albuquerque's Nob Hill area, and has a good atmosphere. I almost always eat the vegetarian dishes which are generally high quality and expertly prepared. My wife usually has the roasted chicken plate which she devours. The service is excellent, and the wait... More

Boy were we surprised I have the rack of lamb chops over salad with cucumbers and watermelon and the spicy chili mashed potatoes it was amazing. She had these stuffed poblano chile which... More

We were looking forward to dining at Yanni's after attending the superb production of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum at Popejoy. We were seated on the patio which was very nice since it was a mild day. The restaurant is very pretty with blue and white decor. Our waitress, Nirvana, was pleasant and attentive. I... More

Good quality food and a huge variety. The souvlaki was really good. They are happy to do a kitchen split on entrees. A very enjoyable dining experience.
