It was awesome I had the green chilli stew, and a Brisket sandwich. Prices are great, and the wait staff is very friendly. It's a must when you are in Duke City for sure.

I have missed good BBQ since I moved out of the South 25 years ago. Rudy's reminded me of the BBQ shacks in Virginia and the Carolina's with brisket and pulled pork by the pound. Lots of sauce's available to fit your taste. Prices are reasonable and this is a must visit when in ABQ.

Small, informal, tables family style. Order at counter, help your self to BBQ sauce and drinks! The beef brisket and pulled pork!!!!! Awesome!!! You can order by the pound and they will give you sauces and bread or order a sandwich served on a hot buttered bun. Dont pass the cobbler...very good. We were back for breakfast next morning, made to... More

Saw the Rudy's sign when I was pulling into a nearby hotel. There was also a sign that said "Real Texas Barbecue". Lots of BBQ places make that claim. But Rudy's really delivered. The brisket was "melt in your mouth" tender. And the pinto beans were amazing. My trip to Rudy's was a wonderful surprise on a short business trip... More

I am a big BBQ fan, having eaten it in the Carolinas, Memphis, Texas, Kentucky...pretty much everywhere. This place has the absolute best pulled pork BBQ ever. The moist brisket was close to being the best ever too. If you just want a little, you can order a little. If you want to try different BBQs, order a little bit... More

I have not only eaten at both of the Rudy's in Albuquerque, but have eaten at Rudy's in Amarillo, Lubbock and El Paso and each time the food has been really good. The atmosphere is fitting for a restaurant the serves Texas style BBQ and the services is usually very good.

I go to Albuquerque every year and Rudy's is always a must stop. I enjoy their smoked meat from the prime rib to the chicken. The smoked bake potatos are amazing.
