Good food descent service.

The food was good. Really enjoyed the salad bar and appetizers. Our waiter seemed like he had a lot going on but he was trying. I would recommend this for a steak or just a really good salad bar. Dining was casual and the prices were reasonable but not cheap. I will probably go back,

I have Cancer and have been given 6 months to live. Today was my Husbands Birthday the last Birthday we will spend together. I took him to Cooperage because I knew it was quiet and nice and upper end place to take him where we could visit. After we ordered we had a family sat next to us with screaming... More

One thing I like in this restaurant is you get to make your own salad and you can have as many as you can eat. Soup is superb! Unique seating... and food menu is great!

Post-golf lunch, middle of the week, uncrowded restaurant. Service was slow, waiter seemed preoccupied, drinks took a long time coming, food was COLD. Waiter didn't seem to care. Desk attendant at front of restaurant couldn't be bothered to not text and barely acknowledge our presence while wishing us, "Have a good day." Had he been more attentive, I'd have asked... More

I have been to the Cooperage many times in the past, usually for dinner--this was the first time for lunch. The Prime Rib would be the obvious choice (their specialty) but I ordered the Santa Fe Salmon which is salmon with a very spicy (and tasty) sauce on the side. I also ordered a margarita which was excellent. The bread... More

A party of 28 was reserved a week in advance because the birthday girl's favorite dinnerbisbprime rib, the one thing that the cooperage claims is their specialty. Well, we were seated and assigned only ONE waiter for our entire party and after waiting 10+ minutes for everyone to get their beverages, he informs us that they are out of prime... More

I used to LOVE the Cooperage. It was our go-to place for special occasions. My husband and I went there for our 20th anniversary. I got steak and enchiladas. I ordered the steak rare (yes! I like them bloody!) and it was med well. Barely pink, somewhat tough. The enchiladas were OK, nothing special. My husband got prime rib, also... More

We decided to eat out on Thanksgiving (first time) and chose the Cooperage. It seemed like a good deal; $20 each at a well known restaurant that took reservations. We were seated within 15 minutes of our appointment and the server was friendly. The food took a long time to arrive (45 minutes from the time we were seated) and... More
