If you like authentic, Texas BBQ, or even southern BBQ, don't go to County Line. Go to Rudy's or Whole Hog Cafe instead. Well, as others have mentioned, the view is fabulous. But I generally don't go to a restaurant for the view. This place has good pork ribs and, much rarer, good beef ribs. Another reviewer complained about dryness and this can sometimes be a problem and more likely if you get there as soon as it opens. I suspect you might... more

Great Ambiance throughout the restaurant & the view was everything they promised. Good service. Best part of the food was the Mple-Ancho Baby Carrots - yum! Mashed potatoes were also quite tasty. We LOVED the warm, homemade bread, the ribs, and garlic mashed potatoes. My travel companion is very, very picky about his bbq, and even he was impressed. The service was great, and the view after dark of the city was wonderful. It was truly a great experience. more

Reserve a table next to the window for a sunset dinner! Fabulous dinner date for carnivores. The restaurant is high on the east side with a commanding view of the valley, so that's why the sunset recommendation. They have a HUGE window to take advantage of this.
