Try the La Pepito salad -- unusual but very tasty!

When you have had enough of the more traditional southwestern fare (even though that is delicious), try Vinaigrette. I went there for lunch and had a delightful and nutritious salad. The area between Old Town and Downtown used to be a wasteland for healthy dining. It wasn't that there were no restaurants. There were simply no good restaurants that rung your bells for great taste; good staff and healthy ingredients.... Until Vinaigrette arrived( and others followed soon after). Now this area of Central just outside Old Town boasts some of... More

My husband I stopped here on a recent trip for lunch. We wanted to eat here before heading to the airport and were glad we could squeeze it in. We'd ordered a tuna melt and caesar salad. It was a unique caesar salad but unique in a good way. The lettuce was fresh and the dressing was clearly homemade and... More

I went here fully expecting to leave hungry. It's a salad place, right? I thought there was no way I'd be full when I left. Don't let the salads fool you! They are both fantastically delicious and filling. I thoroughly enjoyed the Nutty Pear-Fessor. My husband, who hates salads, had their Mac-n-Cheese and was pleasantly satisfied with his choice. There... More

We have to eat more vegetables, right? Well, this restaurant gives you an opportunity to try veggies that tease the palate with different flavors and original combinations. The restaurant is brightly painted and decorated and it makes one feel healthy just being there. On top of that, the salads are uniquely interesting. The menu includes protein additions to the salads... More

We were referred to Vinaigrette by our host at the nearby EconoLodge, Old Town. It was so busy at 12:30, we sat at the bar. The Cobb Salad was good & large. Wine list was limited, but adequate. Three of us had lunch, with drinks, for $60, including tip.

This is a great place to experience a plethora of different salad combos, as well as homemade sounds and sandwiches. Fresh ingredients and healthy preparation are clearly essentials here. The service is always great and accommodating. And the atmosphere is bright and minimalistic. The patio is gorgeous! Go!!! You won't be sorry!!

Huge, creative salads, lovely patio, and friendly service. We stopped here for an impromptu dinner and were quite surprised. The interior of the restaurant belies the quality. We preferred the lovely covered patio. Portions are huge! I ordered an appetizer of the celery root mash, and had enough left over for a yummy breakfast. Also took home half of my... More
