I went to the Albuquerque location for the first time this week. My Winter Salad (daily special) was excellent, although pricey ... for a single size salad. It was very crowded at lunch and on the noisy side - but SO glad they are doing a good business in Albuquerque. If you are craving greens, this is the place to... More

.We (my two friends and I) loved the variety of salads with none of the usual iceberg lettuce. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is conveniently near Old Town.

I love this menu, the atmosphere and my one desire would be that vinaigrette would be closer to where I live!

Located in Old Town. Off street parking. The interior is stark, exposed conduits, lots of wood. Very attractive, though noisy. Beer and wine - no hard liquor. Incredible selection of salads, most with a suggested meat add-on, for example, scallops, salmon, for an additional charge. I had the Caesar and my wife had the Arugula Duck salad. Both were excellent.... More

Our group dined at Vinaigrette after an event at the nearby Museum of Natural History. We all enjoyed our salads and the variety was great. You also had the option to add meat or fish to any dish and there were some dessert choices, although no one ordered one.The waitstaff was friendly and accommodating...rare for such a large group. Our... More

Vinaigrette is our "Go to" lunch spot on the way to the airport leaving for home. Everything is so fresh--like picked straight from the garden. The salads are not over dressed so the fresh flavors shine through. My husband and I love the Asian chopped Salad and my sister-in-law the "Eat Your Peas". Yum! This time we decided we had... More

We liked the sound of this restaurant where you choose your salad first and then meat or fish as you wish, so decided to give it a try. We were so glad we did, as it was probably the best meal we had all trip. The food was absolutely delicious, the waiting staff were very knowledgeable about all the ingredients... More

It seems as I get older, I get crankier. Good food is important. But so is ambience. Vinaigrette has wonderful, inventive food. And that resonates with me. Now for the ambience... The minimalist decor is great. The colors. The art. Even the garden. But this place is WAY too noisy, regardless of time of day. So if you're older and... More

Loved the atmosphere, the service was excellent and the salads were very good. I had the beet salad; my husband and son had the duck salad. The apple pie was the best ever- a little tarte (so many places make apple pie too sweet) and the crust was perfectly flaky. Our group loved the corn cob appetizer as well. The... More

Pros: Lovely, clean, bright ambience. Fresh, local, organic food. Great service. Cons: Pretty much nothing. Well, if you are a kid or someone with kids the options are limited, but really, you should not be bringing the kids here anyway. We went late on a Saturday afternoon so there was none of the wait I have heard so much about.... More
