Great place run by a great guy, Tim. Food is good, and the friendliness is unmatched. Great for singles, couples, families and everyone.

The food is freshly prepared and plentiful. The atmosphere is bright and friendly, and Tim is always available for hugs (if you like that sort of thing).

Unfortunately we missed out on our hug as Tim was not at the restaurant when we visited. The food was very good (we had breakfast). I liked the ambiance. Wait staff was very attentive and had great attitudes. I thought that $5 was a bit high for mediocre coffee.

We saw Tim's story online and wanted to visit on our trip through Albuquerque. We arrived at 9am on a Wednesday and found plenty of room for seating. The staff was very friendly. Tim met us at the door when we arrived. Hugs for everyone. Tim joined us for breakfast and we had a great time. The food was good.... More

Tim was actually the reason why I ended up visiting Albuquerque, and he was worth every single minute of my trip. We told him we had come all the way from Brazil to meet him and he ended up sitting at our table, so we had a chance to talk to him for some time and know more about this... More

Tim was in Los Angeles at the Special Olympics when we visited this terrific restaurant. This gives us an excuse to return for two hugs. Gladly, the staff was still outstanding even when Tim wasn't there. Treat yourself to a great dining experience and a lot of nice at Tim's Place.

Went there the other day, after hearing a number of rave reviews. Was happy to learn about someplace new in the very 'whitebread' part of town, a place w/ some character. For my $ the food was uninspiring, the service offhandedly casual, and I felt nothing in the atmosphere that was remotely special, Gonna go back sometime, hopefully the place... More

We came to check it out. We are from Oregon. Tim is amazing, smart, sweet, and inspiring man. The food was terrific. Will be back when we go threw Albuquerque again.

We were flying out of Albuquerque and, on impulse, decided to visit the restaurant. We had recently met Tim at the National Down syndrome Conference. We were surprised (and pleased) that the food was delicious; some of the best we had on our vacation...and very affordable! Our waiter, Sam, was very competent and attentive. Sorry we don't have a "Tim's... More
