Torino's is one of those places where the sum is greater than the parts. Yes you sometimes have the clueless server, or some other gaffe that occurs, yet it feels like a minor gaffe. Daniella (co-owner) has the most amazing impact on everything. She brings a joy to everything she touches. It is hard not to have fun here, and... More

We used to eat at Torino's at least once a week when we lived in the Albuquerque area. Since we moved back to Santa Fe we have so missed our wonderful Italian meals and Daniela and Max. We finally made it down to Albuquerque this past weekend and were delighted to again enjoy the delicious food and visit a bit... More

From all of the reviews, we were expecting an outstanding meal. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. All four of us agreed that the food was basically "Just OK", but that was about it. None of the meals were bad, but for this price they should have been really good. Three of us, chocaholics all, ordered a brownie with ice cream... More

Had the three-course special with their choices of wine. All were acceptable but really nothing special. The wall next to the table was splattered with dried tomato sauce (I am assuming it's not the blood of former patrons). The service was very good. The wine choices were fair. Definitely not worth the price.

I have been coming here for years now; for business lunches, special dinners and just lunch with friends. It is always delightful. it is tucked away in a plaza surrounded by office buildings, worth finding. On nice days, try the patio; it is surrounded by big grassy lawns and large trees. An easy place that invites long leisurely dining. Extensive... More

The best italian in Albuquerque, we found and the best meal of our trip. Being unfamiliar with the city i'm thinking it s a little out of the way and tricky to find, but well worth the effort. Mussels for a start and the house special for dinner was great. Another fellow really enjoy the squid ink pasta. If we... More

My daughter decided that we should go to this hidden gem to celebrate her birthday. It was an excellent choice. The restaurant was featured in Guy's triple D (Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives) back in 2013. The restaurant is extremely proud of this claim to fame and rightly so. I started with their signature tomato, which was heaven bursting with tomato... More

Definitely not your typical Albuquerque dining experience. The specials are all made with local ingredients. The service was fabulous. Our meals (Burrata Caprese Salad, Beef Cheek Manicotti, and Braised Brisket Gnocchi) were very flavorful, presented beautifully, and my water glass never got below 1/2 full. The Chocolate Walnut Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream was the perfect ending. I asked about... More

It's located in an unassuming strip mall. The service was good and the restaurant clean and well maintained. The food was well prepared and tasty. Thankfully it's not New Mexican food.
