Good lunch choice

The atmosphere here was simple, clean and pretty. We had a weekend lunch for three and were happy to find some of our choices as marked down lunch specials. Bread was presented soon after seating, it was fine quality, but would have been nicer warmed. The Caprese salad was nice. It had a... read more

The food as shown on "DINERS - DRIVE-INS and DIVES: BEEF CHEEKS MANICOTTI ---- I enjoyed it and it was as shown on TV other than the MEAT. There was not as much as shown - but still tasty. Sauce was SUPERB! Quantity -- acceptable (I can always eat more) and price quite good. NERO DI SEPPIA --- PASTA was... More

I had the gnocci with slow cooked beef and found it was fantastic. The olive bread was fresh and delicious with the olive oil. But my sister was disappointed by her pasta with clams and found it flavourless. Too bad as she had been talking about this place since seeing it on Diners and Dives. Overall we enjoyed it but... We have eaten in many Italian restaurants including in Boston & NYC. Torino's is the best: Delicious real Italian. Cozy with great service. Won several awards.

If you're looking for authentic Italian food, this is the place. This is no Olive Garden so don't expect that kind of cuisine. Home made pastas and mostly local ingredients. Antipasto platter for two was superb as well as the tomato soup. Obviously home made as there was tomato skins and fresh herb stems in the soup, but it was... More

This place was delicious! Little hole in the wall, you have to know it's there. Perfect place for a special occasion, or to drop in for a yummy lunch. I had the AGNOLOTTI, and house salad. You can tell the pasta is homemade, the food is fresh, and it's really delicious. Our server was excellent, the food came out quickly,... More

This is one of the few really unique gems in Albuquerque. Our family regularly comes here for special occasions. The food is always fresh, homemade, and delicious. The restaurant also has an inviting, friendly, and intimate atmosphere. Daniella is a wonderful host. The wait staff seems regularly rotating and inexperienced, but this can be overlooked with all of the other... More

Clams were full of dirt. I'm SURE those weren't the beef cheeks they fed Guy F. What they served us was flavorless mush. The server refused to take the beef cheeks back because 'Guy Fieri loved them!' Then make me the ones that you fed Guy. No need for arrogance. What was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner was... I have eaten a lot of Italian food in my time, and the meal I had at Torinos' was among the best I have ever had. I ordered the gnocchi and brisket. The brisket was perfect and so tender while the gnocchi were exceptional, with a hint of sweetness to them which I found both surprising and delightful. I will... More

I heard good things about Torino's @ Home and went there for lunch recently. Began with a house salad, which was perfectly dressed, and loved the bread served with olive oil. Followed that with meat lasagna which was generously portioned and absolutely wonderful. The service was superb; also, a staff member noticed that my table was a bit wobbly (without... More
