We went for the buffet and we weren't disappointed. The tandoori chicken was meaty and moist. The butter chicken was divine! Great garlic naan, curry, saag, etc. Mango custard and rice pudding for dessert. Friendly , attentive service. More

Albuquerque is blessed with many quality Indian restaurants. We have been to all of them-and Taj Palace is the best. The buffet has a great variety of delicious choices. One table is even devoted to vegetarian options. The staff is friendly; the owner remembers the regulars and treats everyone wonderfully. We also frequently order take out from the menu. They... Our favorite Indian restaurant in ABQ, with high quality vegetarian dishes. Highest marks for samosas, aloo gobi, various channa preparations and the paneer dishes. The Kashmiri naan- sweet and crispy- is unusual and excellent. More

There aren't any Indian restaurants where I live, or anywhere near where I live, and I love Indian food. So when an out of town trip makes Indian food available, I usually try to take advantage of it. On a recent trip to Albuquerque I decided to try Taj Palace since it was fairly convenient to my hotel. When I... More

My wife and I love to dine out, and we're always looking for some new, exciting dining experience. We eat everything from Asian to Indian, from Mexican to Mediterranean and we have multiple "Hot Spots" we we attend regularly. But we have to say, Taaj is overall our favorite restaurant! The lunch buffet consists of delicious traditional East Indian specials,... More

The Raj may not look like much from the outside, but once ensconced in your seat, you will think you have been there forever. We arrived at dinner on a Friday night. We selected this restaurant based on the reviews on this site and its proximity to the freeway. We were greeted pleasantly at the door, only to discover that... More

Taaj Palace Indian Restaurant is a beautiful place to share a wonderful lunch and dinner with family and friends. It is a very pleasant and peaceful place to eat healthy and joyful food. Staff is friendly and warmly greet the customers with their special Chai Tea. Thank you for your wonderful service during our stay in Alburquerque! More

Best quality Indian food in town. I have never been disappointed and I have been there many times. The service and atmosphere has always been nice! For the one idiot who spoke negatively about this place is obviously one of "those people" who are never happy and is not capable of speaking positively. You have to try out this place.... More
