Having been on the road for week or more, we were missing home cooking. Someone told us that Butterfields was the place to go....they were right on. We had the soup and salad; homemade vegetable soup was awesome along side a fresh salad and yeast rolls.

Great pork ribs and service, unfortunately no draft beer but still a good selection of wine and beer.

No frills but they know how to cook a steak and ribs. Friendly attentive service. Good price for a family dinner and the perfect break on a road trip west. Highly recommended if you are looking to avoid fast food and every other Mexican restaurant in town.

Waitress guessed at answers when asks if steaks were choice, she said she recommended the NY strip. When asked if wood grilled she inaccurately said yes - it is flat iron grilled thus no wood grilled flavor. Flavor ok but not as good as home grilled. About 40 percent of ribeye was fat. Standard size is 10 oz, most steaks.... More

I thought the prices were a little pricy for the food I got. The salad bar could be much better for what you pay. Very friendly staff with a nice atmosphere. Overall a nice experience.

A cozy little place and i love the old style in and outside. Very good waitstaff and the meals were very nice and filling at a good price. Also great that it was a minute walk from our hotel.

We were there in December, so we were the only customers. It was freezing cold. Our hamburgers were very good, but instead of mustard in mustard jar I squirted red wine all over my hamburger. Had to go in search of waitress several times. We were a little disappointed, but it was a good hamburger and our waitress was very... More

We ate here whilst staying over in Holbrook, it was recommended by our motel receptionist when we checked into our motel. We were sceptical at first looking at it from the outside but given that there isn't that much in Holbrook we thought we would give it a try. It doesn't look great from the outside but once inside you... More

To be honest after reading various reviews on this place I was a tad weary but decided to give it a go anyways. And what a surprise it was...this place is great, a true western steakhouse. I myself don't eat red meat and the chicken was to die for, and the salad bar had plenty to choose from. The decor... More

We stopped here for dinner while moving from Tucson to OKC. The service was great, the food was filling, & it was family friendly. This place has that down home, local feel too it that you just don't get in a chain restaurant. Wigwam Motel #6 is just down the street, & the petrified forest is very close by as... More
