This restaurant opened spring of 2010. Very good food at reasonable prices. Family type restaurant. Always have had excellent food and large portions. 1/2 pound hambers are $4.59. Best apple pie I have ever had. Other desserts I would like to try for only $3.99.

Ive been to this place 2-3 times when friends invite me. This review is base on this visits Place: The places look nice from the outside and in the inside. The parking lot is big and its next to the expressway. They have a casual place theme going on. They have the lights dim out most of the restaurant, which... More

Our friends took us out to eat at Cheddars which is usually pretty good but who ever is doing the cooking needs to tone down the spice, Got the pinapple shrimp and grilled chicken with rice and was so Spicey Hot I could hardly eat it and had it at other Cheddars and not so cranked up with jalopino peppers...My... Had a New Orleans dish that was better then I got in New Orleans. The Bacon Cheddar Texas Fries are also delicious. The prices are great and the service was tremendous.

We tried Cheddar's in Brownsville for the first time for lunch, and it was quite good. The caesar salad was particularly good, and the service was outstanding. We were in Brownsville for a late morning doctor's appointment and decided to give Cheddar's a try rather than our favorite Brownsville restaurant Toscafino's. Good choice!

I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The atmosphere is impeccable. The food, delicious. The serving size is reasonable. The price is low for such a great experience. Highly recommend!

I have eaten here multiple times and will most likely not return to eat. The service is usually ok and you get seated at a decent time unless its a holiday. The prices are also good, and their drinks are actually really good. Especially the Painkiller. I also love their Spinach Dip appetizer. The reason I will probably not return... More

Love portions, food taste great, the price is decent, good drinks and the atmosphere is quiet. Weekends is packed and during the week at lunch hour is busy but the service is fast.

One of my fav places to eat. The Painkiller is great and the Margarita's are great and affordable too. Food is good. Been there several times to celebrate bdays. The only problem is its always packed on the weekends.
