Great food! Charming local flavor. Soup, sandwiches and a little something sweet. Sit near the back so you can have a view of Resaca . You will love it.

I've been to Lola's 3 times and each time I got the worst service. The three times I have been there, the waitstaff has not been very accommodating. One waitress took over 20 minutes to bring drinks (iced tea). The other time the cashier made a snide remark to my friend when she mentioned something about the man who cut... More

Lola's is like traveling out of South Texas. Besides the freshly brewed coffee and a deliciously moist blueberry muffin, the ambience is relaxing with a beautiful view of the water(redact). A good place for intimate conversation and to recharge.

Don't be deceived by the front of this restaurant. We drove by it nearly every day for a year and didn't even consider trying it. Then someone took my husband to lunch there and now we go there often. The interior is eclectic in furnishings and can be noisy---particularly in the front section. But there is an outdoor section in... More

It was late afternoon (they close the kitchen at 5 p.m.) when we decided to have some sandwiches. They took our orders at 4:45 without batting an eye and served up some wonderful sandwich halves -which were quite big enough for our appetites. All were excellent, but the baked Brie was so divine it was like a dessert!

I decided to stop there on my way to work one Saturday morning. The waitresses were a bit distracted but didn't take too long to attend to me. Just chose a banana nut muffin (which was very good) and left but from what I saw, it was a good location and wasn't very crowded for a Saturday. It also wasn't... More

Here you will try sweet bread which you will get really attached to .Also have many more styles of pastries, you will find that Mexican sweets are not really very sweet this makes them much better.

After reading reviews on Lola's my husband and I made a point of stopping there for lunch and we're glad we did! I loved all the different dining sets which made for a very quaint and inviting look. We had sandwich combos which were very good and I bought some Danish and gingerbread men from the bakery to take with... More

Very simple, well located, great food, nothing fancy, just good but it has a great view of the resaca.

My friends and I had a great brunch of omelets, pancakes and fresh, locally produced orange juice at Lola's. The antique-furnished cafe and bakery was relaxed and inviting, but we chose to enjoy our food on their patio on the resaca. While there I was able to grab samples of their pastry of the day, which were delicious fresh baked... More
