The last thing I had there was the poblano soup. It wasn't as good as the first time I ordered it and it seemed to be really salty. The time before it was to die for. I haven't been there since they have added more tables. I find the food inconsistent. I don't like to eat when I can't rely... More

I ordered the spinach empanadas, which came two to an order and were filled with a tasty spinach filling and encased in a rich dough (albeit a bit too rich for my preference), A fresh fruit cup accompanied the empanadas and all of the fruit was quite good. I also ordered a cup of black bean soup, which was smooth... More

This was our third visit to Gazpachos and it was just OK. Since our last visit we noticed that they must have added more seating as it was very snug to say the least. If you had to go to the Powder room you had to ask the adjoining table to move so as to get enough room to get... More

This little restaurant is a gem that has tarnished. The food is not very good (even the sangria is bad and how do you mess that up) and the prices are ridiculously high. The service has also been lost (sometimes I don't get a refill throughout my meal and i have to wait to the check almost as long as... More

I selected this restaurant because of the good reviews here. Man, were we disappointed! The margaritas were weak and sour. The Aztec and bean soups were just broth with no substance. The fish tacos and lettuce wraps were just okay. Perhaps the chef has changed or something, but this is not a place I would spend money at again.

I have to eat here every time I go to Brownsville on business. I have never has anything that wasn't great, but their Azteca Soup is magnificent. I seriously crave it when I have not been to Brownsville in a while. I have even tried to make it at home. I can come close, but they have something special they... More
