There for lunch and had their lunch special that included a small dessert. Muffins before were yummy as everyone has said. Had the fried talapia that was remarkable in how little breading and how much fish there was in each serving. High fish to breading ratio :-) Been there a couple of times and will certainly return.

This is by far the best place to eat breakfast I have been in a very long time. Good old fashioned country cooking mixed with Mexican fare. What was unique as that they brought blueberry muffins while we waited for our food. There was also a model train that ran overhead all through the restaurant. I noticed that on many... More

We walked in the door at 10:30 on a Monday morning, the restaurant was packed, with about a 10-minute wait. Were greeted by a friendly server & a basket of warm blueberry muffins, a great start! The enchilada breakfast with an egg on top was awesome, complete with retried beans & tortillas. We also had the eggs, bacon & toast... More

I can't believe this is rated the number 1 restaurant in Corpus. It's good diner food, certainly not fine dining. The food is good, not excellent. Its exactly what you would expect in a restaurant of this caliber. Prices are average.

Gotta Love it, Blueberry Muffins with in minutes of sitting down. Which is great it took the sweet taste that I was looking for. I order simple Bacon and Eggs. Great Tea that honey brown color which was good. Same place as I remember it. Its great to know good food still exist.

Regularly stop in here for breakfast on the weekends. Be prepared for a bit of a wait as I've never been here without a line. I've only ever eaten breakfast here, but it's always good and satisfying. The Andy's country breakfast is my favorite because it's a little bit of everything. Service is always good, and the prices are inexpensive.... More

Great place to eat a good old fashioned American breakfast. Special atmosphere with an antique electric train set running around the perimeter of the diner.

The stew special was excellent! We would go back. The train travelling all around the restaurant was different!

Having been badly burned by the reviews for Snoopy's Pier, we entered Andy's Kitchen with some trepidation. Andy's proved to be a wonderful breakfast experience, mixing the Old South and Mexico on the menu. Breakfast prices are inexpensive. First, the very friendly, efficient staff should be mentioned. Maria, who waited our table, was delightful. Then, the food: How do you... More

We visited Andy's kitchen on our way through Corpus Christi and were eager to try it as it held TripAdvisor's number one position for restaurants in Corpus Christi. At our table we had an order of barbecue, chicken fried steak and two at our table had tex mex. Those that ordered the tex-mex did well. The barbecue and chicken fried... More
