Great place to eat a good old fashioned American breakfast. Special atmosphere with an antique electric train set running around the perimeter of the diner.

The stew special was excellent! We would go back. The train travelling all around the restaurant was different!

Having been badly burned by the reviews for Snoopy's Pier, we entered Andy's Kitchen with some trepidation. Andy's proved to be a wonderful breakfast experience, mixing the Old South and Mexico on the menu. Breakfast prices are inexpensive. First, the very friendly, efficient staff should be mentioned. Maria, who waited our table, was delightful. Then, the food: How do you... More

We visited Andy's kitchen on our way through Corpus Christi and were eager to try it as it held TripAdvisor's number one position for restaurants in Corpus Christi. At our table we had an order of barbecue, chicken fried steak and two at our table had tex mex. Those that ordered the tex-mex did well. The barbecue and chicken fried... More

We stopped in on Halloween morning for breakfast and pulled up to a full parking lot, we had about a less than 10 minute wait and were seated. The fresh blueberry muffins they serve while you are waiting for your order are incredible! The food was awesome and the prices were great as well. 1 minute into our meal we... More

This place is great... I love my breakfast and come from Sacramento where there are at least 4 amazing breakfast places to choose from... This place is up there with those and is awesome. My daughter loved the train hanging from the ceiling and all our food was great. I had the breakfast quesadilla with chorizo which was awesome!!! My... More

So, Andy's is a staple of Corpus Christi breakfast. This is mostly because of the service and atmosphere, but be assured that the food is good too. It's not great food mind you, I've never had anything that was just downright amazing. On the same token I've never had anything that was bad or even close to bad either. Best... More

My husband and I have been going to the Padre Island National Seashore for our vacations for over 20 years and were surprised to find we had missed eating breakfast at a local jewel for all of that time! Andy's Country Kitchen serves up a very tasty breakfast and other meals as well. I opted for the blueberry pancakes and... More

Trip Advisor never leads me astray when I'm looking for the best restaurants in a new city. Andy's was my favorite meal during my weekend trip to Corpus Christi. I ordered the breakfast quesadilla with bacon, and my husband ordered the same dish with chorizo instead. It was a ton of food, but each bite was as delicious as the... More
