Breezy dinner!

We wanted to sit outside, it was perfect for it, we thought! The breeze was so strong it blew my beer across the table! I had the special; clam chowder & mahi mahi. Great meal! My friend had the gumbo & seafood melody; she loved it. Interesting flavors in the gumbo...

I visited in summer of 2014 and had a blast! I happened upon it and now when I return to Corpus Christi it will be first to visit on my list! The food was great and a certain Rum Punch that I cannot remember the name of was to die for! I was lit half way through almost couldn't finish.... More

The bartenders free-throw - so your drinks are tasty! And the friend JUMBO shrimp is awesome! But the green beans are bland and dry, and they run out of mac and cheese too early.... but great view, the USS Lexington Ship can be seen from their back deck, and they have live music - a wonderful place to hang out... We would go back but... You have to park about a block away. Not a problem but be aware. Were greeted by a friendly hostess who immediately sat us at a table of our choice outside. The atmosphere is outside. Great view of USS Lexington! Ordered fish platter, the crab cluster and a half dozen raw oysters. The oysters were... More

It should read jalapeño , bell pepper and onion ceviche.. It's all you get.. Pricy tiny cup with tiny little pieces..never seen something like it!!! The rest of the food, not... More

Well, it is right on the industrial port, so you get to watch the ships come in and go out. And the USS Lexington is right in front of you for a nice view. The nice side of CC is across the Bay, so you have a nice view of that. But don't go for the food, service or drinks.... More

We enjoy it because my wife is from Costa Rica and people that own the restaurant serve the national beer of Costa Rica, Imperial, as well as several dishes inspired by their visits to CR. The food is good, the ambience is beach, and the staff really helped us with getting our family group fed. We go there every time... More

We had the misfortune of dining in this overpriced tourist trap. The waitress brings salads to the table and promptly drops one on the floor right under the table and says sorry and walks away, no clean up, we eat while stomping on salad. Crab cakes were bland and mealy, crab meat was absent. Most things on the menu are... More

We attempted to stop in on Saturday night, advertised time of closing was 11pm. At 830, we were greeted to closed doors and a sign that said they were done for he night. Frustrating. By stroke of convenience, we stopped for Lunch the following day. After reading some reviews I was cautiously optimistic. It's location was definitely the biggest deciding... More
