This place served up some fresh, creative seafood dishes. The portions were so large, I kind of wish they were smaller so I didn't feel so miserable afterwards. This restaurant is pretty expensive, but my husband likes to treat himself while on vacation. By the way, the service was excellent.

We did have an unusually bad experience. Poor service, she'll in our oyster, wrong food, over cooked steak, and no condiments. But with all that I would say the quality of food is what we keep us from recommending this place. It was just not very good. I was expecting more. Everything was just so/so. Nothing fancy. And the prices... More

I got shrimp and oysters. Shrimp was excellent and oyster were good. My daughter got a burger. It looked pretty tasty and I guess it was because she ate all of it.

We walked in, were seated immediately, and our waiter was at our table within seconds to take our order. (We had walked out of a fancier restaurant 10 minutes earlier because the waiter/waitress never showed.) Our waiter was quick and helpful. I ordered the Mesquite Grilled Sampler, Caesar Salad, and Key Lime Pie, all of which were very good and... More

I expected better. I had the amberjack with Vera Cruz sauce. The fish was overlooked but the sauce was nice with spice. Veggies were good. My husband had a lightly breaded drum. Service was fine.

Ate here for dinner at a conference. No wait, friendly staff, excellent food and drinks. We all ordered something different and everyone was pleased with their orders.

While attending a conference in Corpus Christi, I had lunch in this restaurant order oyster's on the half shell which were fresh and delicious. Had the pasta and scallops which was the specials of the day, had huge scallops and the sauce was great. Also had a great wedge salad with my lunch. We had a great server Roberta. Give... More

We had not been to the restaurant in a few months and decided to go to celebrate an anniversary with some friends. We were very disappointed with our meal. We started out with the fried squid as an appetizer and we were served oily, soggy squid with a tasteless dipping sauce. The main course was to say the least tastleless,... More

Fun atmosphere with great service. I have never had a bad experience. I always eat here when I am in town for business. I have heard some complaints about the food, but I disagree. For someone who does not live in Corpus it sure beats all other options in Corpus/Alice/Kingsville/Portland areas.
