We went here to try it out. Average Seafood platter nothing really special, but it's not bad. The view is nice. We went during lunch, might be different at night. Worth a try.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Great bay view, excellent location. I ventured outside of my fried fish box and took the recommendation of the waiter. I have seared tilapia with a creamy seafood sauce. I'm so glad I did, because the food was outstanding.
My husband, my two kids, and I visited Doc's at the recommendation of a friend. I had the flounder with crawfish poblano cream sauce, blackened. It was really good. My husband had the bacon wrapped shrimp and he really liked it. The kids ordered lemonade and pizza, but the waitress came back to tell us they were out. They had...

Don't go there for the food. First we were brought moldy bread. I could see the dark green spots on it as soon as they put it on the table. Then we ordered the crab guacamole, which was also old (was an olive green color instead of brought green like fresh guac) which only contained a few strings of crabmeat,...

Great food, great view, good employees. We enjoyed our meal & talking to other customers they were doing the same. We recommend Doc's to anyone visiting or living in the Corpus area, just drive east to the beach!! *Ü* *Ü* *Ü* *Ü* *Ü*
First time eating here. The fresh tuna was great and my son loved the shrimp. We really enjoyed the view over the ocean watching the sun go down.
The location was tricky to get to, but once there, the scenery was great. Most of the seafood items on the menu were fried and I was a bit disappointed with the variety. I found it a bit over priced for 7 fried shrimp, a little bit of coleslaw and a bunch of fries. Don't think I'll go there again.
I visited this resturant last year and it was great. However, this year Docs didn't seem the same. The first thing that was different was the wonderful bread that they used to serve, it was fantastic. Instead, we got hard loafs of bread that could have been used as croutons for the salad.
I had the stuff flounder and it...

The restaurant has a beautiful view; the closer to the water the better. The food was okay; we were expecting better. The fried shrimp was over-cooked and so were the crab legs. The waiter was nice enough to bring my wife some grilled shrimp to make up for the over-cooked fried shrimp; the grilled shrimp was very good. The fried...

Docs had always been a place I never miss when visiting Corpus Christy. Sorry to say that the service was so bad that it kept us from going back a second time on our visit. We ordered an appetizer to be served before our main course. The main course was brought out before our appetizer and before our salads. When...
