The atmosphere is nice, & the staff is friendly but don't expect a five star meal, worth it for the sunset though! Food is normal seafood fare, just stick with the basics:)

My parents recommended this restaurant. They went over 20 years ago. 20 years later... it is a great place to get LOCAL seafood. The openness of this place is fantastic. I had the best waitress that looked like she could run the entire place single handed. Management was friendly and everyone made my visit pleasant. The husband and I shared... More

What is nicer than sitting over the water watching the boats and birds while you dine on a warm breezy evening? When we've eaten here it has always been a memorable experience. The service is friendly and relaxed, the food is good. It's one of our favorite places in Corpus Christi.

While on a long weekend away, we ate our first and last meal here. Easy to access (just off of the bridge coming onto Padre Island), plenty of seating with a view of the intracoastal waterway. Service was a bit slow both times, but we weren't in a hurry. Freshly baked bread was brought with our drinks and the seafood... More

We had a lovely dinner over looking the water as the sun set. The bowl of seafood gumbo was fantastic. I would certainly return and recommend this restaurant to others.

Pros: Service was good, our server was very friendly good job, view was nice, enjoyed sitting on the rear patio looking over the water. Cons: I got the Pepper crusted Tuna, it was definitely on the spicy side and could have been cooked a little longer. My husband got the almond crusted mahi mahi; he felt that it was a... More

Coconut grilled shrimp awesome! Kids meal fried shrimp was awesome. The ranch dressing is good. Cheap, great virgin strawberry margaritas. 3 bucks!

The seating was good, we sat out the deck. Wait staff was a little slow taking our drink orders and my daughter Oysters Rockefeller came out after we'd eaten our salads. I had the clam chowder, which was good and the stuffed flounder was just "Ok". My daughter had the bacon wrapped shrimp which she really liked. I'm from Colorado... More

We stopped here while visiting family in Corpus at their suggestion. The restaurant is on the water which was nice. My husband loved his oysters Rockefeller and bacon wrapped shrimp. My brother in law had stuffed grouper, niece had tilapia and my sister had coconut shrimp. All raved. I don't like seafood so I had blackened chicken which was only... More

I have tried other area restaurants and they provide a very good product. Competition is very good on the island. But my experience this week was a cut above the rest. The food and service was exceptional.
