My wife, son, and I stopped here while on a visit to Corpus Christi from San Antonio. Some friends from church recommended this restaurant, so we thought we would try it since my wife loves seafood. I don't really eat seafood except for fried shrimp, so I thought I would try the shrimp po boy and my wife had the... More

We really enjoyed our visit to Doc's. Eating on the water gave us a great view of the sunset and the entertainment was great. We all ordered a different dish to try a bit of everything and nothing disappointed us. Our waitress was just the right amount of attentive. They were packed, so she wasn't at our table constantly, but... More

The food was decent - it wasn't like it "knocked your socks off" but not bad at all - the real draw for us was that it was right on the island, next to the water, and we could really sit, visit, look, eat, drink, and enjoy - it was comfortable to just sit back and relax - snoopy is... More

The food was good like any other credible burger or seafood joint. But we waited for over an hour to get a table. When we finally did get a table we had to wait another 35 minutes before the food came out. It was a Friday but the food was not good enough for the wait.

We came here twice during a recent trip to the island & brought the other family with us who came along on our trip. Our first time was very good. We all enjoyed our meal as well as the sunset & the dolphin playing out in the water. Our server was friendly & also very knowledgable & helpful in suggesting... More

If you want to enjoy the sunset while having a drink or dinner, this is the place to be. It offers a wide range of local specialties at a fair price and live music.

I thought I was going to have a pleasant experience since I am really easy going. Instead I sat at my table for 10 minutes before I got acknowledged. And that's because I complained. Chase was a horrible server but the food was ok and filling. He never redeemed his service but food came out quick (by someone else) and... More

Had crab guacamole, bacon wrapped shrimp, peel n eat shrimp and seafood salad as appetizers. All were wonderful. Main entrees seafood Alfredo and crab stuffed flounder, both were wonderfully prepared. Good service to boot.

We stopped here for lunch on Monday the 12th and had a great welcoming with dolphins playing just off the back porch in the bay behind We asked and were seated outside on the deck, Lindsay our waitress took our orders promptly and we enjoyed the view of the channel/bay and fishermen. We were given a loaf of crusty bread/butter... More

Menu was excellent. Mom had peel and eat shrimp and I had the snapper tacos. With the ice cold beer it couldn't have been better until the dolphins popped up just off the patio.
