Chose this restarant based on location and didn't check on Trip Advisor (BIG Mistake). Ten in our group. One meal Cold, One Meal way undercooked, One meal overdone.....Three Strikes and you're OUT. When we sent back the undercooked Hamburger, they took about 35 minutes to get us a replacement. I felt terrible for the young lady wating on that meal... More

McLoone's is situated in a great spot. You are able to dine outside as you take in the splendor of the National Harbour. The food was delicious and the portions were decent. The staff was very professional and pleasant. I would definitely go back.

Stopped by to get some desert and coffee. I did not think the deserts they offered were very appetizing, though the portions were huge. We ordered coffee and a slice of the chocolate cake, the cake was very dense, but passable. Enough cake for 4 people. The coffee was simply awful. Luke warm and seemingly from the bottom of the... Went here for the first time with the hubby recently. We chose to dine outside so there wasn't a wait. Our waiter, Steve, was nice and attentive. To start we ordered some margaritas and calamari. It was sooo good! Our entrees were delish as well. The view was great and we got to see the sunset. We will come back... More

We chose McLoone's for the seafood and location on the water. The food was mediocre and the server disinterested. Our dinner came out right on top of our appetizers. disappointing

Absolutely horrible dining experience. Can't believe how this restaurant has gone down hill. Ordered San Pellegrino for our table and the waiter had to ask me if that was some kind of bottled water. Then he brought it to the table with no glasses and proceeded to spend two minutes trying to unscrew a non-screw cap off the bottle. I... More

We stopped at McLoone's for lunch after touring the National Harbor. It was too hot to sit outside, so we got a table by the window with a view of the harbor. Maria was our waitress and if you really want a great experience, ask for Maria to wait on your table. She doesn't hove, but seems to have a... More

Brought a corporate group to National Harbor for an offsite. Visited McLoone's twice. Once just for of us for happy hour and appetizers at the bar. Service was lousy but it was Father's Day and the place was packed with people. Constant reminders to staff about they forgot this or that. One time, the waiter left us mid order and... More

We tried to stop in for lunch. We made the mistake of requesting outdoor seating. We were first seated at a table with no umbrella and we would have roasted under a very hot sun had we sat down. There was another table with an umbrella but we were told to go back inside, the table would be cleaned and... More

I had my all-time favourite food: Crab legs with chips, veggies and melted butter. Had some lovely wine with that and watched the sun go down over the DC area. My waiter was great and very attentive without making me feel like I was spening 1,5 hours on a pair of crab legs -which I did mind you :) Had... More
