A sports bar located in the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. My wife and I had had drinks and dinner here as we were staying at the Gaylord Hotel for a conference. National Pastime is the only casual dining option at the Gaylord Hotel that is open late. They have a huge circular bar. National Pastime serves great burgers... More

Service in this hotel 's restaurants is exceedingly slow and indifferent. Ate here more than once as this was the only affordable restaurant open for lunch and dinner during my stay. We had one excellent server out of 5 meals. The food, however is very tasty and fairly reasonably priced. has a decent variety of items to choose from the... More

The National Pastime Sports Bar / Grill is conveniently located on the lower level of the Gaylord Hotel complex, so I grabbed a quick bite after stepping off the Acela and a cab ride from Union Station, after check-in. Wasn’t expecting a high end dining experience, and my expectations were met. This is an average sports bar and grill which... More

My collegueges and I were at a convention at Gaylord National, we wanted a quick lunch. We visited this sports bar for a beer & burger. The service was on the slow side, the beer was WAY OVERPRICED. $7.50 for a beer? Ca'mon. The food was also very very overpriced. $14 for a cheeseburger. What is this? Chicago?? We're in... More

My wife and I went here just to try the appetizers. A bit pricey, but should be expected since located inside the Gaylord Convention Center. The wife bought the wings. Delicious! They have several flavors,; wife went with bbq. No complaints. The Nachos were awesome. Cheese and more cheese; the way nachos should be! Jalapenos and black olives. They give... More

I enjoyed the lamb burger. We were between meetings and were able to secure a meal within time constraints.

Went there for a luncheon on Friday, Aug 1st. A co-worker and I ordered the crab dip for $15. There was no crab in it and there were large chunks of onion. It was so bad we had to send it back. Others in my party were very disappointed with the quality of the meal. $15 for a hamburger that's... More

Attended a convention at the Gaylord Resort, National Harbor and this restaurant offered good service, decent sports bar food and quickly. Love the outdoor patio seating in the Atrium.

This place is overpriced, food isn't great, staff is slow and disinterested, and all in all not a good place. The first five or so times I ate here, just went with it, but it's really starting to get to me. I don't think having a shrugging and deciding you have a captive clientele because you're on the convention level... More
