Stop in to shop for fresh meats, deli items, huge beer and wine selection for consumption there or at home. Best "butt bacon" ever. Great for lunch and dinner, live music on the weekends.

Taylor's has a casual, busy dining area for wonderful sandwiches made from their meats. The locals from the county go out of their way to buy sausages, jerky, and other meats from the store in Cave Junction or other outlets. Flavor and quality are well above average.

We always stop here while in Cave Junction. Excellent burgers, dogs, fries & onion rings. They also have salads, dinner plates, etc. and a great selection of beer on tap. Quantities are large at a very reasonable cost for the quality. A very down to earth, fun place to eat, nothing fancy. Dining is indoors or out. Dinner is served... More

We recently visited Oregon Caves and asked the gas station attendant where to eat. He steered us to Taylor's Sausage and recommended the fresh jerky. It is a "local flavor" type place with a huge meat market where they sell their homemade sausages and butchered meats. We are not jerky fans, but I must admit that the fresh made jerky... More

We ate here twice during a vacation stop to see Oregon Caves National Monument. The sausages, ribs and side dishes were great tasting. Basically, you walk past the meat market and place your order at the cash register. Subsequently, the food is delivered to your table. The prices are very reasonable and if desired, meat products can be purchased at... More

Reminds me of great meat markets in New Braunfels Tx. High praise. Huge burger and fries for the money.

Taylor's Sausage is a favorite of the locals in Cave Junction. In addition to being a popular dine in place, they have a deli, with a HUGE selection of hand made sausages, and meats, as well as an incredible selection of local wines and other foods.

This is a fanstatic place to stop for burgers and sandwiches and then to buy beef jerky and beef sticks. The prices are great especially for the west coast. I had a ribeye sandwich for $9. And the people are refreshingly friendly.
