This is a must stop place in Cave Junction known for it's wonderful spiced sausages. You can order and eat inside or out and they have a wide variety of fun things to try. Also you can buy meat, sausage, ham, frozen or fresh to take home. Wonderful find in this little town. Try the jerky for sure.

We always visit Taylor's for a few meals while visiting family in the area. We love their hamburgers, hot dogs, and sausages. They will also grill up any meat/fish that in the case on request for a very small extra fee. We usually eat outside on the patio because it's a lot quieter.

Ask anyone in town where the best place to stop for a quick, tasty meal and they will tell you Taylor's. Great food, fast service...only draw backs, it's a little loud (bad acoustics) and very crowded during the tourist season. Try their Trailbusters Beef Jerky!

A real country restaurant sharing space with many counters and freezers of various meats. If décor is your thing, this place is not for you. However the food, quality and quantity, at very reasonable prices at breakfast was great, if not as hot as it could have been. Lots of choices on the menu. Service is self serve for coffee... More

Talk about sausage! WOW! More choices then you could want and all very good. Have a freshly prepared lunch from a menu filled with choices. We always visit when in the area.

Eat in or take out, you can't lose. Best home food at unbelievable prices. If you're in to sausages, what a selection! Do you like home made meatloaf? Go there Tuesday and make sure you're there early or you lose.

I have passed through Cave Junction hundreds of times on my way out to the Southern Oregon Coast...and sadly have never stopped in at Taylor's Sausage for a bite--or to just check things out. My good friend Don and I happened to be in Cave Junction on business at the same time and he suggested I have a look. I'm... More
