Great ethnic food

This was such a fun place to try. Greek food is not something I usually think to try, so this was a great treat and surprise. The gyros flight is tasty to try, and the entrees were all very good. If you are a garlic fan then try the appetizer that is basically pureed garlic on pita it was so... read more

We've eaten Greek food in New York, in Greek town in Chicago and in many other locations around the country; but the food at Aristo's is as good or better than any that we have had in any of those places. The taramasalata is just a smidge better than that at Greek Islands in Chicago (heretofore the best that we... More

We started going to Aristo's when we visited Salt Lake City 5 years ago. You get delicious Greek food every time you go, and not just gyros (though those are simply excellent as well). We always like to get the melizanosalata to start. One of my favorite dishes is the kotopoulo (chicken) and the avgolemono soup. Yum!

I would give Aristos a "4" as it provides a generous selection of menu choices including some that are not available in all Greek restaurants including little smelts (marides) and grilled.octopus Both are very good by the way. Their Green salad was tasty, I was a little put off by their "Greek Salad" but I happily defer to the tastes... More

My son and I had a delicious dinner at Aristo's. It's mostly a "small plate" menu, and we prefer that anyway. We ordered several dishes and enjoyed those between the two of us. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, and the food was served without delay. My only suggestion would be to warm up the atmosphere by ridding of the... More

Everything on the menu is excellent !!! This is the kind of place where you tell the server bring me one of everything, we had everything from soup to desert, The grilled octopus is tasty and tender, the greek salad is great and the lemon chicken or lentil soup are wonderful. Our server was Alfredo and he was terrific By... More

We went there for lunch before attending a matinee at Eccles Theater. The food is pretty close to the good things we have eaten in Athens, Greece. My husband had the chicken souvlaki and Greek salad and I had the spanakopita with the Greek salad. The salads were served with warm pita bread. The service was prompt in order to... More

Two of us had lunch at Aristo's and it was our first visit. I was taken with the stylish minimalist décor, very different from many Greek restaurants. The service was good, not exceptional, but solidly good. The food was really quite good. I'd definitely like to try dinner there, as the dinner menu looks interesting. The one draw back to... More

This is one of my favorite Greek restaurants. We went on a Friday night and had a relatively short wait. Normally you won't get into this restaurant on the weekends without a reservation. Our server was not the greatest but the food was excellent as usual.

This is the Greek restaurant where the Greek restaurant owners take their wives for dinner. Lots of things to like. I am a huge fan of the grilled octopus, which is a sweet mild meat that loves the grill and a squeeze of lemon. The various pita and spreads are all great, as are the lamb chops. While lamb is...
