Affordable prices for great food overlooking Temple Square. The Roof is nice but expensive. This is a great alternative in the same building.
We liked the view from the top of the former Hotel Utah. The wait was minimal and the service was excellent. The food was actually very good.
The food is excellent with a good price. The view is wonderful also. If you can try to sit by the windows to oversee the temple grounds. The building the restaurant is in is historical and architecturally appealing.
It had been years since we had eaten here. Lots of changes to the whole ambiance, and all for the better. Reservations for six were perfect, even though we had to push it back 15 minutes on a busy Saturday evening due to traffic concerns. Our servers were completely attentive, remembered everything well. Recommendations for menu selections were right on... More

We came early (5:30 pm)and saw plenty of window... More

Everything about this restaurant was wonderful. Food, service, and views are excellent. Very good prices.
Beautiful garden atmosphere. Great service with great recommendations. You'll love the Moat Loaf. The view unique and can't be missed. Very reasonable prices. (No beer or wine.)
The view and the beautiful sunlit room with the sliding canopy was the main reason we ate here, and that part was well worth it. Plus it was quite convenient. I won't say this is gourmet dining but for comfort food with a view this can't be beat. My husband and I ordered soup (me tomato and he had a... More
