We had fish and chips and Greek salad with chicken. The fish and chips get a pass plus, but the Greek salad was 75% chopped lettuce. Who puts lettuce in a Greek salad? Google it, people! The staff was friendly and the setting was tidy and upscale for a burger palace. The ingredients in the salad was certainly fresh and... More

I learned that a burger isn't a burger in Utah unless the burger is covered with a large helping of shaved pastrami. An unlikely combination, but topped with Swiss cheese and other burger fixings it was absolutely delicious! What a meal; hot fresh and served in an old-style diner.

I wanted more of a dinner than a burger-should've had the burger. The double souvlaki was awful. Chicken kebabs were so dry I had to wash each bite down with a drink. The included salad was a skimpy bit of bag type salad on the plate and the rice pilaf (?) didn't taste like any I've ever had. It had... More

Head a chance to grab a quick lunch here and the group really enjoyed the burgers with pastrami and I loved the gyro. Don't miss the horchata!

I had the rib-eye steak sandwich again over the weekend and was reminded of how good it is. It comes on a bun with lettuce, tomato, mayo and pickles. The meat was cooked perfectly medium-rare (per my request) and over-flowed the bun. It is one of the best steak sandwiches I've ever had. The onion rings were a little over-cooked... More

This place was recommended to me. Was told that you must have a Crown Burger when visiting Salt Lake City. Got the pastrami/cheese burger, with lettuce, tomato and onion. In fact 3 out of the 4 in my party got the same thing. Well, it was delicious. Fresh and juicy. Next time in SLC, I'll be ordering the same thing.

First time here on the recommendation of a coworker. Crown Burger was out of this world. The pastrami was piled high on the burger. Well worth the price...but the onion rings while crunchy were very bland. Total bill was $10.57 including a large coke. Next time I will just get the burger.

I always visit Crown Burger when I am in Salt Lake City every August for the past 6 years. Being Greek and the daughter and granddaughter of Greek restaurant ownership I know how gregarious we are with everyone. I have spent my entire life in the F&B industry and although I enjoy the food at Crown Burger, the lack of... More

This is a burger joint, Greek restaurant, and deli all in one place. Large dining room on two levels with interesting decor just a few blocks west of Temple Square.
