The imitators just don't measure up. When it comes to the pastrami burger...Apollo, Atlantis, Olympus, etc. will offer what seems to be the same thing. On paper, it's the same. In reality, it's not. The way they cook the pastrami must be different because the flavor is excellent vs the imitators and it's soft meat. Apollo does a pretty good... More

If I am going to have a fast food burger, then the best calorie blast around is a Crown Burger. I get the Jr and can barely finish it. Their fries are good as well as so many other things on the menu. In the summer, my treat is their BLT.

Love Crown! Always good, fries perfect, rings amazing, burgers to die for. Great Diet Coke and amazing fry sauce. this is an occasional treat if I am not going to eat again for the day. Heavy calories and fat content, but it is the best...

Visiting from the East Coast and heading for a Jazz game, we sought out a local spot that had flavor. We were not disappointed. A burger, with slices of pastrami and cheese made for the total package. For those after the more traditional, their bacon (several strips of bacon) cheese burger was most excellent. Add sweet potato fries and onion... More

We are temporarily working in Salt Lake City, and we like to try out local places whenever possible. This was a wonderful find. The moment we walked in I was a fan, the smell of barbecuing burgers, the friendly staff, and the kitschy decor are so welcoming. My husband ordered the specialty, the Crown burger which is a burger with... More

Always try to find something new and local when in town and this place fits the bill. The burgers and frys are a gutbomb but man are they good. The Crown Burger with the sweet potato frys are delicious! Would definatly go back. I guess there are several locations. I assume they are all the same.

I am gluten free so going to a burger place can be daunting at times. When I requested my burger be put on lettuce only, they said we can do that. In fact, my burger patty came out on a stack of iceburg circles which resembled an actual bun. The place is hustling and bustling with "normal" people. Their system... More

I love pastrami, and I love burgers, so, this should be a natural, and it was. But, it was more than that, it had cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, etc. Big burger, filling as can be. I'm a big woman with a healthy appetite and had it for lunch and didn't eat again for the rest of the day. Burger runs about... More

Crown Burger is one of those places that if you go away hungry, it's your own fault. During our stay in SLC we ate there 3 times, and each time was great. The service system is different and can take care of a multitude of orders at one time. You can see them cooking your food so you know what... More

I have never been to Crown Burger before and the person who waited on me said I had to try the Crown Burger as "a rite of passage" and I'm glad I agreed to have one - wow, really, really good!!!! I wish we had a Crown Burger in Columbus, Ohio but if I ever go back to Salt Lake... More
