Breakfast favorite and and time of day delicious.

It is an old stand by for a fun seafood breakfast in downtown. Some of the wait staff have been there for over 20 years. They have daily specials and the best hot cocoa. Fresh squeesed grapfruit and orange juice and the sourdough toast is worth the trip alone.

We were told about this place from the hotel we stayed at. What a jewel!! We went for breakfast and had a great breakfast. The Eggs benedict was amazing! They hand squeeze their own orange juice (you can actually watch the guy do it the whole time you are there!). Definitely will make visit again next time we are in... More

Our taxi driver suggested this place for a late afternoon lunch. The service and raw oyster bar were great, but what really sticks out in my mind is the planked wild salmon. Never had it better. If you want seafood in SLC this is a great option

My wife had come here with her pals a while back and swore it was THE place to go while in SLC. I'm not going to be snarky...it probably IS great for dinner or some other time but NOT for brunch on Sunday. The menu is basically one side of an 11x17 inch sheet of paper. If you want an... More

Market Street is what I would call an old school seafood restaurant. They had an assortment of fish served grilled, blackened, etc, along with an assortment of crab, shrimp and lobster. The waitress recommended the halibut that had been caught that morning and flown in. Some of the best fish I've ever had and I live in Massachusetts. Preparations were... More

It's nice to find a place that maintains consistency over the years. Market Street Grill has been one of those for us. This time we just dropped in for a lite lunch. We both had the Clam Chowder and salad. Both were still excellent and very reasonably priced. Their sourdough bread is still among the best outside of San Francisco.... More

Salt Lake City's restaurant offerings continue to grow as the city keeps pushing itself as a convention and vacation destination - which is great! One of the traveler's rules for seafood has been -- "the farther away from the coast, the chancier the seafood" - but not in the case of the Market Street Grill. We live on the East... More

Everything is excellent, from the swordfish filet to a simple bowl of chowder. Our server gave us recommendations for what was best that day. We will eat there again when we are in Salt Lake.

This is "the" place to have breafast in Salt Lake. Order from the numbered selections and it will include "FRESH SQUEEZED" juice and excellent coffee at a remarkable price. I will miss the Broiler for lunch but the same fare downtown."Salads by Swimmy" and tremendous clam chowder. Fresh fish inland (flown in) I like this place, it's local.
