When we walked in I thought what a great, bright family restaurant, then I saw the menu. The restaurant is very bright, open and loud. The menu has prices that would reflect something very different. That said, we thought well it's about the food, even that was a disappointment. My husband and I shared the prix fixe menu and choose... More

Stopped in to the Market Street Grill after a long day of traveling from the East Coast. Long delays and cancelled flights I was exhausted. The hotel desk clerk recommended the Market Grill and gave me a coupon for a free shrimp appetizer. Arrived and immediately seated, was not treated poorly because I was by myself, many restaurants do that,... More

This is the best place to go in SLC if you are looking for a nice evening out and fresh fish. Alicia was our server tonight she was very nice and kept checking up on us to make sure there wasn't anything else that we needed. The food tonight was fantastic they really know what they are doing, couldn't have... More

Classic grill decor and plenty of choices. Blackened salmon was delish. Burgers were big and juicy. Service was quick. Very noisy. Valet parking available. Otherwise parking impossible.

I love the Market Street concept - local owners, wonderful ambiance in historic buildings, or brilliant new additions to SLC. However, unless you go on Sunday morning for their breakfast/brunch menu pricing or their early bird special, I would recommend you stay away! The food is so lackluster, no flavor and just boring, and way way overpriced.

This was a wonderful find easily within walking distance of the Hilton. The meal was great, the atmosphere nice and the price reasonable.

Friendly servers, trout lacked flavour, brown rice could have used some more flavour too like garlic or veggies - maybe I ordered the wrong thing

This was a fabulous breakfast! The eggs Benedict with crabmeat was unbelievable...actual crab legs were out of the shell, laying on top of the sauce along with asparagus spears. The taste was heavenly. Perfect hash browns came with plate. Tip: If you stay at Springhill Suites ask for a card for Market Street Grill and you will receive a free... More

Great service and good food. I had the Cioppino which is a mixture of several seafood in a tomato-based soup. Very, very good. Oysters were fresh and tasty. My co-worker got a bad clam in her cioppino and the server was very apologetic and comped her meal for her. Excellent service!

This place has some of the freshest seafood I've every had on my business travels. The prices are reasonable (for live caught seafood) and the servers are all very professional. The one draw back I have is the 2 completely separate venues. the bar is one place, the Seinfeld-ish cafe on the other side the the restaurant does confuse me... More
