Driven by this place a gazillion times and thought it looked skeezy. My daughters friend took her there and said it was awesome so we went. Maybe not awesome but will definitely go back. Got a taco enchilada and chimichanga and all really good. Chicken was good not awesome. Minor nit as everyone likes their meal in our party. The... More

I am allergic to cilantro and the put cilantro in everything so I couldn't eat. I had to sit and wait for my friends to eat ( it was one of my friends Birthday, and this is where she wanted to eat). Very bad and embarrassing experience.

We always order online for fast pickup. The food is always fresh and good. The price is right. The workers are always polite and very willing to help customers. Somehow we placed our order for the next day, but when we showed up expecting the food, we realized our mistake. The workers really stepped up and took care of us... More

taco salads, burritos... like a dressed up chipotle. Order in a line, and it's ready right away. Average tex-mex menu, notably popular is the sweet pork, and cilantro lime dressing.

I have visited Café Rio before on several occasions. The food is good if you are not expecting real Mexican grub. Going thru the food line it reminds me of high school. It always feels like you are been rushed and that they are trying to get you out of the way. I think the food is a little overpriced... More

Freshly made right in front of your eyes. Tasty black beans and rice. Daily specials are you delicious. I had a meal at Red Iguana in City Creek that wasn't nearly as good as Café Rio.

Great Mexican food that is prepared fresh and quick. Had the chicken tortilla salad and it was crisp, fresh and tasty. If you want fresh and fast, not to mention healthy ( at least the salads are), give this place a shot!

We eat here a couple time and each time I got the lunch special. It was great and reasonably priced. My family of 7 eat for about $57.00 and we had plenty in the doggy bags. A very popular place so go on off times. Lines can be long and parking short, but food is awesome.

I had been tipped off about Cafe Rio but I assumed it was just a Utah 'over the top' thing. It's not exactly cheap an on occasion you're stood in the queue (line for you Americans) for quite a lengthy period of time. Ordering your food is fun and its quite quick really! There's a great atmosphere amongst the staff... More

No authentic flavoring at all, it's fresh and that's about it. The pricing is ridiculous nine dollars for a burrito, somebody is greedy. I won't be back looks like " I am a free bird"
