Description: Twenty-Years of Delicious Food, Craft Beer, and Good Company!20-years ago we began brewing our distinctive craft beers in downtown Salt Lake City. That makes us one of the pioneers of Utah’s innovative craft beer culture. Although it’s never been our intent to be the biggest brewery in the West, with more than 75 gold, silver and bronze medals; there’s no doubt we’re one of the best.Red Rock Brewing Co. is just blocks away from all downtown hotels and the Salt Palace Convention Center. We’re the perfect stop for a business lunch, afternoon break, or a casual dinner with friends. Red Rock Brewing is family friendly and has a menu to suit every taste. Solo diners are always welcome! We have a diverse selection of craft beer on tap as well as six different high-gravity beers such as our top-selling Double IPA (8.5% ABV); Russian Imperial Stout (10.1% ABV); and our special Anniversary Imperial Red Ale (9.5% ABV)…all served in our big German style 500ml bottles.Come on by and see why the locals love Red Rock!

This was our second visit to the Red Rock Brewing Company. In both instances we found the food was excellent as was the service. In addition as it was during the busy Christmas season we expected a wait and there was one. However, the hostesses were very pleasant, efficient and our table was ready in the time frame promised. We'll... More

For people like me, who live in the southern 'burbs, it is a treat to have a very well operated brew pub close by. Sometimes, you just do not want to make the trip into the city. The best part of Red Rock - Fashion Place is the people who work there; friendly, helpful and willing to give a taste... More

We had lunch at the downtown location. Very good food. Don't drink beer so I cannot say much to that. Competent staff and prompt service.

Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night with friends. I had a ruben sandwich and a couple different beers. The beers were better than average, but the ruben was just so-so. Not a bad experience or anything, but I would sooner go back to Squatters than Red Rock for food, beer, and atmosphere.

The atmosphere was fun and hip. The food was delicious and savory. More important the beer was great. I had the Nut Brown and my husband had their 20th anniversary red ale. Both were very tasty. I highly recommend going here. I almost forgot our waiter was super friendly and nice as well. Definitely stop in for at least the... More

Our server couldn't keep anything straight. He mostly wanted to hang out with some friends who came in and sat at the bar. He wasn't even flustered or apologetic when he messed up orders or forgot to bring things. I'm usually very generous toward people who do this for a living, I know it's hard work and they get busy,... More

Love the Specials! Had the Pistachio crusted Ono Fish with cucumbers in a pita pocket. Hard to eat-need extra napkins. Love the house coleslaw. Imperial Red Ale and Hefeweizen taste beers. One of my go to places when in town.

We always enjoy eating at Red Rock. Great food. Great service. Great beer! I tried the Elephino (double IPA) this time and loved it.

This is a favorite lunch place in the vicinity of downtown. They have wood fired pizzas, many different sandwich options, and full entrees. I am totally gone on the warm shrimp salad -- love the sweat potatoes, grapefruit and pistachios -- and the French onion soup with the salad was a great winter meal. They have a good selection of...
