Twenty-Years of Delicious Food, Craft Beer, and Good Company!20-years ago we began brewing our distinctive craft beers in downtown Salt Lake City. That makes us one of the pioneers of Utah’s innovative craft beer culture. Although it’s never been our intent to be the biggest brewery in the West, with more than 75 gold, silver and bronze medals; there’s no doubt we’re one of the best.Red Rock Brewing Co. is just blocks away from all downtown hotels and the Salt Palace Convention Center. We’re the perfect stop for a business lunch, afternoon break, or a casual dinner with friends. Red Rock Brewing is family friendly and has a menu to suit every taste. Solo diners are always welcome! We have a diverse selection of craft beer on tap as well as six different high-gravity beers such as our top-selling Double IPA (8.5% ABV); Russian Imperial Stout (10.1% ABV); and our special Anniversary Imperial Red Ale (9.5% ABV)…all served in our big German style 500ml bottles.Come on by and see why the locals love Red Rock!

Tasty

Very tasty eats. Reasonable prices and serving size. Service was a little slow on a busy Saturday that we went. I'd go back.

Was pleasantly surprised with the brunch menu. But then $2 mimosas sealed the deal. Very reasonable prices, nice relaxed atmosphere, and pretty good food. They also have some of the finest beer brewed in-state.

Well stopped in to sample the local beer. Had a sample of the Amber ale. Not bad but also had a sip of the honey wheat. Which was really good. But the chef's sandwich of the day was great. Albacore tuna grilled medium rare with a bit of Cole slaw and spicy sauce. Now that was awesome. Give it a... More

Second visit - first time in springtime difference experience. First time great server and hostess. This time hostess could barely look up from her table to greet us and the one who did seat us was not pleasant. Disappointing. Server was lackluster too. When we asked about the cod fish and trips his comment was "its fried fish". Good food... More

I checked out Red Rock Brewing while in Salt Lake, I liked their Honey Wheat and Hefeweizen beers a lot. I just had an appetizer, I tried the Welsh Rarebit, it was cheap, I think $3 and very good.

Good little spot with some atmosphere and staff that looks after you. Mixed crowd but comfortable. Plenty of TV 's and simple menu with decent food. Nothing fancy but solid choice for a night out.

Our dinner was so good after the first night, we went back again. Both nights, the hostesses handled a busy restaurant very well and the servers were well trained and offered great selections. The Kobe beef burger was my choice both nights and a great price at $16. The fries were quite boring but the onion rings were exceptional. The... More

Nice restaurant with their own beers as well as other local and familiar beers. Winding up two weeks of travel, I decided to go all in and get the filet mingon...incredible!! I've eaten a lot of beef in my day, but this thing was indescribable. my neighbors to the left and right at the bar asked what I had and... More

We had dinner here . The pizza was great and the beer was cold and refreshing. We tried several different flavors and they all were good. It was a little loud ,but is was very busy. The waitress had a hard time keeping up, but the place was packed. Needless to say this place is very popular and it gets... More

Per his request, we went to the downtown Redrock after our son's graduation ceremony. It was packed and we waited 20 minutes (they said it would be longer) so I didn't have high expectations for our dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and attentive service! I'm not a beer drinker but the good selection of wines paired... More
