Description: Twenty-Years of Delicious Food, Craft Beer, and Good Company!20-years ago we began brewing our distinctive craft beers in downtown Salt Lake City. That makes us one of the pioneers of Utah’s innovative craft beer culture. Although it’s never been our intent to be the biggest brewery in the West, with more than 75 gold, silver and bronze medals; there’s no doubt we’re one of the best.Red Rock Brewing Co. is just blocks away from all downtown hotels and the Salt Palace Convention Center. We’re the perfect stop for a business lunch, afternoon break, or a casual dinner with friends. Red Rock Brewing is family friendly and has a menu to suit every taste. Solo diners are always welcome! We have a diverse selection of craft beer on tap as well as six different high-gravity beers such as our top-selling Double IPA (8.5% ABV); Russian Imperial Stout (10.1% ABV); and our special Anniversary Imperial Red Ale (9.5% ABV)…all served in our big German style 500ml bottles.Come on by and see why the locals love Red Rock!

Red Rock features different brews on an ever-changing menu. I got to try two of them. I had the chopped salad with a scoop of tuna salad on top - excellent - one of the best chopped salads I've had. The dressing was very light which made it light and refreshing. It is walking distance from the SLC convention center... More

We had tried the excellent Squatters nearby, and thought this one was also worth a try during our two-day visit to Salt Lake City. Although the pub decor was similar and pleasant, this pub was very different. Why does the person who takes you to your table seem unable to at least smile once while doing so? Not a very... More

I went to Red Rock with a group of 8 people. We had a little bit of a wait so we grabbed a beer at the bar. The bar tender let me try every single one of their in house brews at no charge. I was a big fan of the Amber Ale and several of my buddies liked the... More

The Red Rock Brewing Company has a good reputation in downtown SLC for good food and drink. It is located in an old dairy warehouse. The menu varies with daily specials from barbecue turkey burger to pizza specials ( prosciutto, artichokes, caramelized onions, oven roasted tomatoes, black pepper, gruyere and parmesan cheese). We found the pizza to be better than... More

From the outside looked like a small restaurant, once you get inside and see the red brick walls and the actual beer tanks was pretty cool. My husband and I tried a few of their Red Lagers that the waiter recommended, they were delicious! We also had some onion rings, fish & chips and the special. All were very tasty.

Not only was it delicious, but the appetizer portion was very generous. I relished every bite. Our server, Cody, was delightful - a server with personality really adds to a meal experience. If I lived nearby, I'd return often.

Check the wall to know what beer choices are available....I enjoyed the Bamberg-Rauch Bier, with polenta topped with mozzarella cheese, sautéed spinach and marinara sauce. Good wheat-free meal. Ambience is nice and comfortable. Beat the rush at 6:30pm. Friend had caprese sandwich that lacked enough basil and tomato...instead over-run with cartelized onions......and the ciabatta bun that could have benefitted from... More

Stopped in based on Tripadvisor reviews. Not disappointed the spicy Italian sausage in a large pita was very good. The two local micro brews were disappointing.
