Description: Twenty-Years of Delicious Food, Craft Beer, and Good Company!20-years ago we began brewing our distinctive craft beers in downtown Salt Lake City. That makes us one of the pioneers of Utah’s innovative craft beer culture. Although it’s never been our intent to be the biggest brewery in the West, with more than 75 gold, silver and bronze medals; there’s no doubt we’re one of the best.Red Rock Brewing Co. is just blocks away from all downtown hotels and the Salt Palace Convention Center. We’re the perfect stop for a business lunch, afternoon break, or a casual dinner with friends. Red Rock Brewing is family friendly and has a menu to suit every taste. Solo diners are always welcome! We have a diverse selection of craft beer on tap as well as six different high-gravity beers such as our top-selling Double IPA (8.5% ABV); Russian Imperial Stout (10.1% ABV); and our special Anniversary Imperial Red Ale (9.5% ABV)…all served in our big German style 500ml bottles.Come on by and see why the locals love Red Rock!

A colleague and I stopped in for some brews after eating dinner at another restaurant. Let's just say, we wish we had eaten here. The food that was coming out of the kitchen and the smells were awesome. The atmosphere is very young, lively, and vibrant. There was a lot of motion, the place was very crowded but there was... Our server recommended many different types of beer and helped me make a decision by bringing me two samples before I ordered. I had a pizza with a great IPA and it was a very nice pairing. The atmosphere was fun and inviting. I had a great meal and enjoyed the evening

We went here before the rodeo. We arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes before the 7 rodeo and unfortunate didn't make it to the rodeo until after it started. The service started strong but it took a long time to get our food. If you have young children the wait can be problematic. Over the food was good. The men... More

This place is fantastic! I'm a burger nut, but as a kid I was a ninja turtle; so I had to try their brick fire pizza. It's awesome! My wife had the smoked salmon, said it was some of the best salmon she's ever had. Plus, the beer was great. Not super hoppy, but full bodied goodness. I just wish... More

Red Rock features different brews on an ever-changing menu. I got to try two of them. I had the chopped salad with a scoop of tuna salad on top - excellent - one of the best chopped salads I've had. The dressing was very light which made it light and refreshing. It is walking distance from the SLC convention center... More

We had tried the excellent Squatters nearby, and thought this one was also worth a try during our two-day visit to Salt Lake City. Although the pub decor was similar and pleasant, this pub was very different. Why does the person who takes you to your table seem unable to at least smile once while doing so? Not a very... More

I went to Red Rock with a group of 8 people. We had a little bit of a wait so we grabbed a beer at the bar. The bar tender let me try every single one of their in house brews at no charge. I was a big fan of the Amber Ale and several of my buddies liked the... More
