The crowds tell it all

Anytime you go to the Park Cafe, the first thing you'll notice is the lines - but this is for good reason. Restaurants with bad food, dont have large crowds - and this one certainly has large crowds and amazing food. The shooter sandwich is totally worth the wait, and they have coffee and water... read more

I loved my experience at this mainly hipster filled cafe. It was a short wait of about 15 min but I didn't mind a bit after devouring the famous biscuits & gravy. I gotta say it was the best I've ever had, the service was excellent at one point too good as the waitress interrupted the end of a good... More

We really liked going here. It's a casual sit down breakfast joint that also does lunch specials. My wife got the French Toast, I got the Wisconsin (or some state, ha!) breakfast. The French Toast was pretty dang good. Nice big slices on thick bread. My breakfast was just a tad disappointing. Honestly it was good, but I had read... More

Bit of a wait to get in, but once we ordered it was out before we knew it! And the food and service were amazing! Love the mashed potato style hash browns. And they offer chai tea as an alternative to coffee, which was a lovely surprise.

We have visited this restaurant many times over the years. The food is always good. The service is fast and pleasant. The restaurant is small and the space is comfortable.

The Park Cafe is overrated. The line outside does not justify the quality of food inside. That said, it's okay for a greasy spoon. The location is very nice, just off Liberty Park. Food is consistently mediocre food and service, and the menu is pretty basic. Not one of my favorites in SLC, but if you are at the park... More

it looked crowded but we were seated quickly and all the wAit staff were friendly! I loved the atmosphere, might be a little noisy for some people. I ordered the Michigan Hash and it could have fed two people. It was delicious. My daughter ordered eggs, park potatoes bacon. The bacon was perfectly cooked and she enjoyed her meal as... More

+ Seated quickly + Broad breakfast and lunch menu + Prompt service + Daily special, Don Jose Burrito, used fresh ingredients and was very tasty + House potatoes were flavorful - Biscuits were a bit heavy - A bit noisy environment for conversation

We happened upon this place a couple months ago and we had to wait for 45 minutes- but passed the time by walking to the park for a bit. The Michigan hash is my all time favorite! And love at first bite. And make you sure put the homemade jam on your toast or English muffin. Since then I have... More

Very busy, popular café across from the park. Seated in minutes despite lots of people waiting @ entry. Thought I knew what I'd have til I started looking at the plates crossing the dining room! Then it was hash, made everyday, topped with eggs over easy! Coffee and water refills are an automatic-waitstaff is awesome!!
