Excellent Breakfast Joint!

+ Seated quickly + Broad breakfast and lunch menu + Prompt service + Daily special, Don Jose Burrito, used fresh ingredients and was very tasty + House potatoes were flavorful - Biscuits were a bit heavy - A bit noisy environment for conversation

We happened upon this place a couple months ago and we had to wait for 45 minutes- but passed the time by walking to the park for a bit. The Michigan hash is my all time favorite! And love at first bite. And make you sure put the homemade jam on your toast or English muffin. Since then I have... More

Very busy, popular café across from the park. Seated in minutes despite lots of people waiting @ entry. Thought I knew what I'd have til I started looking at the plates crossing the dining room! Then it was hash, made everyday, topped with eggs over easy! Coffee and water refills are an automatic-waitstaff is awesome!!

Went here with my brother and sons hoping to treat ourselves to a nice, big breakfast on a Sunday. First things first, be prepared for a wait. Tables are 4 at the max with anything else stretching it. We were there about 10am and the wait for a table turned into 30 min. Later comers waited even longer. While I... More

My fiance and I checked out Park Cafe one Thursday morning while staying in SLC. I had read the great reviews and marked it down as a possible breakfast place, and we were so happy that we ended up there! The restaurant is located right across from Liberty Park. Just a heads up, there is very little parking at the... More

This little place is popular with the locals, travelers, hipsters, business folks, and young and old alike. Great service, great food, large portions, and quick service. I had the biscuits and gravy - it's listed on the menu as "available until runs out" so get there in good time to enjoy! Make it a point to find this local favorite!

This place is phenomenal. Cool location overlooking a park (thus the name). There is a bit of a wait, so get your name on the list right away. The wait is worth it! Excellent breakfast, many choices. The serving sizes are huge. The flavor of the French toast, delicious. The omellettes are absolutely stuffed. Juices, fresh squeezed. Toast, top drawer... More

Disappointed. From pork hash to eggs/potatoes to over sized hamburgers equals blah breakfast choices. Hoping to find fresh local and vegetarian options. Even the granola is from Boulder, CO. Until more local diverse items are available, we can not recommend this cafe. Thanks for reading. The Bike Chaplain

First time visit. The wait wasn't too long for a Saturday brunch. The staff is very friendly. The coffee mug while you wait to be seated is a plus, specially on a chilly day. The food is okay. It tastes okay, but on the bland side. Needs more flavor. (even just a little more salt) The atmosphere is good, and... More

This was my first visit. We arrived shortly before closing time. We were seated quickly and our server was at our table when we sat down. The portions were large. The food tasted average. My hamburger was a tad too well done. The park potatoes didn't have much flavor. You are not offered a refill on your drink. They bring... More
