Excellent food and service.

I'm fairly skeptical of Italian restaurants since my husband is 100% Italian. We've found many of them to be "Americanized" with food that's rather bland and boring or too creative. Vinto put these concerns to rest. The food at Vinto is fresh and flavorful. My husband, daughter and I went there... read more

I love this restaurant...I live about an hour away but whenever I travel to SLC I eat here - there meatballs are seriously amazing. It's an appetizer but I get them as my meal and they are filling! Staff is so friendly and truly customer service oriented. The place is clean, trendy....I love it!

Went to Vinton with some friends. Great pizza, and a good beer selection, mostly local. Pizza reminded me of pizza in Rome.

We most frequently go here for after dinner drinks and appetizers. The meatballs are worthy and match up well with a robust red wine. Salads are nicely done, and they have wood fired pizzas and flatbreads that are good. Pasta on the menu and a few grilled items. Very dependable casual restaurant with moderate prices that makes a nice evening... More

We were at a bar around the corner trying to decide where to eat. There were many choices with in a block. The person sitting next to us told us to go here and we were very happy with the advice. We ordered the Patate pizza and I could not get over the idea that it had potatos on it...... More

Whoever came up with this business model is a genius. Here's the idea, each pizza is $12-$14 and it just feeds one person! In addition, the size of the pizza is fairly small even for one person. My wife who is a light eater was still hungry after eating her entire pizza. Take your family of four and it's tough... More

We ate here on a recent trip to SLC. We love Italian food, and have traveled many times to Italy, so our expectations are always high. We weren't disappointed! The food was delicious...savory meatballs, fresh salads, innovative pastas. Our server was gracious and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food. If I lived in... I first visited this Bistro about five years ago. Back then, the decor was clever and new; modern, stylish, and comfortable. Mostly, the clientele matched the decor. And the food was every bit as innovative and well-prepared, especially the pizzas. But as happens with so many restaurants in this town, Vinto has been "discovered." Good for business, I suppose, but... More

Came here for an early dinner after a show. Were seated immediately in one of their unique 4 person circular booths. Love this design! We started with their zucchini dip and moved on to salads. The dip was fantastic and I adore the hint of garlic in the Caesar salad dressing. The pizzas we shared were wonderful and the perfect... More
