This is a true little corner of the Middle East in SLC. The owner is a delightful lady who cooks with infinite passion. Her cuisine is a fusion of Arabic and Moroccan food. Cedars Of Lebanon's atmosphere is unique,inviting,and comfortable. Our waitress was friendly and very helpful since this was our first at a Mid East restaurant. We took Humus and Baba Ganoush as a starter and this was a good choice. For entree we had a delicious lamb meal. It was so good that we also took a dessert, but that was disappointing. Bellydansers gave an extra atmosphere. The staff was very kind. It was a good evening.
