Visited Squatters while intown on business 10/09. Great food, good atmosphere. Get there early if you want to sit at a table & eat, gets pretty full around dinner time. Lots of good local brews on tap. They have the main room, an upstairs area & a nice patio. more

Squatters is a micro brewery with a lot of beer of tap. A lot. It is a minute or two from downtown in an old rehabed building that's really fun. Very decent Brewpub - the beer was very very good. Being an IPA drinker usually, their seasonal version was top class. Wanted to drink the full keg, but 1 pint was all time allowed. An amazing menu with a bevy of choices that range from comfort food to surprising alternatives. Interesting vegetarian options as well. The beer was delicious and fresh, if not terribly adventurous. The service was fast and friendly. more

After travelling back and forth to Salt Lake monthly for 10 years this has become my favorite place to grab a beer and a lite meal. Wait, is a pulled pork samich a light meal? Consistently good food and great beer. Staff is great. more
