I am not a beer drinker, but my husband is. He really enjoyed this place. I did order a margherita pizza and it was large and delicious. It is a comfortable place and clearly the locals come here. We both recommend this place.

This was within walking distance of my hotel. There were 3 of us and each person had something different. It is standard brew pub fare but done right. I had the pizza and my friends had burgers. The atmosphere was good and the upstairs was not really loud. I would recommend this location and recommend you ask to sit upstairs... More

We haven't been in Salt Lake for years and used to frequent Squatters so thought we'd check it out for old times sake. We went on a Friday night so it was busy busy. TZ, the hostess wasn't very friendly and raced through the crowd so quickly that we lost her, when we caught up with her we found she... More

Had dinner here on my free night in the city. While the food was really good (I had a burger with sweet potato fries), the beer was a bit lacking. Of course, I believe this is due to the laws regarding draft beer in Salt Lake City. The two "microbrews" I had were lacking in any oomph that I'm used... More

Dear Terry, Thanks for stopping by on your recent trip to SLC - we're happy the you enjoyed your meal, and not so happy that you weren't impressed with the beers that you tried. Utah State Law dictates that draft beer can only be 3.2%, so that probably accounted for the lack of "oomph" to which you refer. However, on... More

We were searching for somewhere to eat in Salt Lake City and came across this place. What a find. As you walk in the cool, laid back, friendly atmosphere is palpable. It has a laid back hipster vibe but was full of a really diverse mix of people, from older couples, to tattooed thirty somethings, to groups of friends of... More

We went to Squatters to celebrate a happy family event and arrived about 5:00 p.m. Although the staff was preparing for a banquet and quite busy, the service and food were very good. Our waitress went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and had a good time. The beer samplers were fun and our food was... More

On the layover from ATL to seattle. We decided to grab a beer and sandwich. ( beer first ) The first place we found was Squatter's. The menu was simple and had some unique sandwiches, we got a couple of local brews and they were good. we decided to try multiple sandwiches and cut and divide them between the three... More

The beer as you can see once you go inside is award winning. More banners than Yankee stadium. I suggest trying as many as you can. The food is also very good.
