Dinner is NOT their strong point. I've never had such a disastrous meal -the pork burito. Maybe breakfast is better.

We visited this place for lunch but half of our family ate breakfast...french toast, omelets, eggs and bacon. The other half had cheeseburgers and fries. This setting is unique and parking is available to the side of the building. The waiter was friendly and served us quickly. There is outside seating but not available when we got there. Sitting inside... More

It's a little mom and pop shop and it sure is delicious! Big portions, super fair prices! It's decorated with all things donated by customers! It attracts everyone! Suits, college students, families, hipsters and more!

2 time zones away from home, sleep and eat patterns are a little off. Great food! Amazing coffee! Low key atmosphere! Groovy music. Light and delicious waffle for me. Salmon eggs Benedict for my hubby. Can you say YUM!

We followed Mr. Triple D again and Happy we did. Two tried the pulled pork, one had the Reuben, and our fourth diner had a turkey, sprout, and avocado sandwich. The Reuben was probably the best I have eaten. The Pulled Pork was excellent and the Turkey was delicious. The Service was impeccable. My only knock is that the parking... More

We've had breakfast here several times now. The food is flavorable and filling. My favorite, so far, is the a la carte, make-your-own omelet with ham, cheese, tomatoes, covered in hollandaise sauce. My husband loves the thick-slab bacon in the benedict omelet. If you want a little more, the regular plate with toast and oven fries will fill you up.... More

Stopped here while in SLC for a few hours because of Triple D. We were not very hungry and the attentive waiter figured out that we were wanting to share a meal, but had dissimilar tastes. He came out with two plates with the food separated exactly to each of our liking. We shared the Reuben and it was amazing.... More

We've been to the Blue Plate a few times. Usually try to go on a weekday since on weekends the crowd can be a bit prohibitive. Great funky atmosphere, very unique for Salt Lake City. Today we each had an omelet, and they were fantastic…light, fluffy, and just packed with fillings (I had the bacon and sausage, and both were... More
