Such a lovely restaurant in a 130-something year old building!! The wine cellar is an old bank vault! I took my boyfriend here for his birthday. The service was exceptional, and they gave us dessert free of charge. The music and atmosphere were so lovely. We are vegetarian and the menu has a lot of... read more

The interior is inviting and upscale. The wine selection was good, and the waiter surprisingly knowledgeable on the wines. We were a bit pressed for time, and our food was served delicious and prompt, even for a busy Friday evening. The salmon farfalle was delicious, and the portion large. My friend ordered the short ribs and after finishing his plate,... More

We went for a weekday lunch and found the location to be a popular business lunch place. They were short on menus so we had to wait for another table to finish with theirs, but after that the service was good. I had the smoked turkey salad. It was OK, the dressing was great, but the turkey and tortellini seemed... More

Martine is such a beautiful place. It's one of those nicely decorated restaurants that you see in a big city that has kept the old charm. The food is delicious and the service is very good. Try the locally sourced trout. The flavor is amazing! The muscles were tasty too. We finished our meal with a gingerbread that was delightful.

The food was well prepared, they have a varied menu. The waitstaff and kitchen accommodated special request and were above average.

I called the restaurant to personally make my reservation and be sure they could accommodate our group of 17 people. We called the day of to see if we could push the time back one hour and they agreed which was quite generous I thought. The ambiance was welcoming and and the table setup just fine. The problem was, they... More

This has been one of my favorite places to take clients because of the atmosphere and great, and I mean great food. You can have great business lunches to close deals and to get to know clients better. The pasta salads are great and the sandwiches are light to where you don't feel like you have over eaten. Martines will... More

This was our favorite restaurant in Salt Lake City while there for a team meeting. The ambiance is fantastic - an old building that is simply elegant. Although I was worried when I saw the high ceilings - usually translates to noise, I was so happy to note how 11 of us could still hear each other. The food was... More

This place is more upscale. It's in an old brownstone and the interior is dark inside but very nice. They specialize in Tapas and Small Plates. I got 2 Tapas so I could have their signature dessert. The grilled gingerbread with caramel sauce and vanilla gelato was one of the best desserts I've ever had at a restaurant! Don't miss... More
