Across the street and a world away from the new "mall." Step up into an historic brownstone and enter an authentic local experience. Quiet, intimate setting and unusual, delicious food. Service was attentive, suggestions were right on. Starters are ample for an entree if you want to enjoy and not stress over the check. I savored every morsel of a... More

Martine is in a beautiful setting, just facing Creek City Center, so it's right downtown without being on Main st. Service was very attentive, and the food was original, made with precision and competence, and flavours were well balanced. Service was attentive and friendly. We had the smoked trout, which is hot-smoked, so it is cooked with smoke to perfection,... More

We've seen some of the reviews complaining of the service, but we had very good, attentive service. Admittedly, it was a Thursday night & it was not crowded at 7 pm. We had the steelhead trout and the sirloin tips and both were excellent.

First of all, let me preface this by saying I love booth seating and old jazz with dinner, so this place get points w/ me for that alone. It reminds me of dining in Portland with it's great flavors, excellent service, diverse menu, and that classic tall booth... You can dress up or down here, the tapas are fantastic, the... More

This was my second time dining here in 2 weeks because plans were set in motion and I could not cancel them. I had dined here previously and thought it was great. But these last two experiences have me not wanting to return and also wanting to warn others. This restaurant should be MUCH better for the cost. I have... More

A great location when at the Salt Palace since it is a short walk away. Food was average and service not so great. I asked for my food to not have the bread in the French Onion Soup since I have celiac, but the soup came with it. The waitress did not check back with us on our food, so... More

Went here to celebrate 48th wedding anniversary.restaurant looked promising from reviews so decided to try it. Once we arrived we had to go to back of restaurant to find hostess only to be told by passing waiter that someone will be with you "in a minute" After about 5 minutes we were finally seated at a table that wobbled..after bringing... We tried the elk and the beef tangine, both of which were very good. The beef in the tangine was a little more sweet than I was expecting and the side of couscous was barely a small ice cream scoop but there was so much meat I couldn't have eaten much more anyway.

Went last night for valentine's with another couple. The food was fabulous. I loved how they set the fixed menu for choices of soup, salad, tapas, entree and dessert. Service was very attentive. Helped with a wine selection which was reasonably priced. Bread and olives were a hit at the table. All of the selections were great - wild boar... More

Went after a suggestion from a fellow hotel Monaco guest! Great duck entree we shared. Sweet server from Portland ( our home town). We also had scallops appetizer. They were pretty good. Goat cheese balls good. Needed bread or crackers. The olive oil and bread in the beginning was yummy and a nice touch.
