Indian food is my favorite, so I try it everywhere I travel; Australia, South America, Europe, Turkey, Israel, UAE, and the US and Canada. Bombay House has remained my favorite for decades. Previously located at about 1400 S Foothill, our family would drive down from Ogden for special occasions, Now they are within walking distance, so they're seeing a lot... More

Absolutely wonderful Indian restaurant where you wouldn't expect to find one. The food is exotic and delicious, served as spicy as you'd like. The dining areas have a sophisticated and rich atmosphere that would seem to be most comfortable for adults, yet I see young families almost every time I'm there. The delightful Sikh waiters will make spot-on recommendations if... More

We went there with our local Indian friend he told us food and service is not great but they have a parking. I think people in Salt lake don't want to pay couple of dollar for parking. Back in California if you do valet cost 20 to 50 dollar, we do valet parking all the time. When we enter the... More

It was the evening of New Years Day and there was a long line (your experience may vary) but the wait was worth it. The busy host and staff were a very cheerful, under the circumstances. Ignore the post "Outback" looking renovation/decor. Go there for the curry. We had both the chicken and lamb coconut. Excellent.

I love this place so much! I get good here very often, even when it is super busy, and the food is always delicious! It's a great place for any type of eater: vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, meat lover, and kids! Very popular and always busy so don't be surprised if you have to wait for a table. But it is... More

We spent a couple of nights in Salt Lake City and had dinner at this popular Indian restaurant. I tried calling a few times to see if the restaurant was open on New Year's Day, but kept getting the answering machine; the reason was that so many people were calling to place take-out orders that my calls were forwarded to... The decor is mindblowing. You absolutely feel like you are in India. All the waiters are indians too. It's a little bit pricy but the food is so good it worth it.

My wife and I love to go here for take out and to dine in. The atmosphere is great and the food is amazing. We try something new often and we're never disappointed. The masala is amazing and the mango lassi as an accompaniment for spicy food is perfect.

We drive to Bombay from Davis County because this is the best Indian food in the area!! We have dined in the restaurant and ordered take-out and have never been disappointed. We have always received top notch service and the best Indian food you could ask for, there is absolutely no comparison. We will continue to drive across the valley... More
