Good for the price

We were visiting SLC for an event in the nearby convention center and decided to try Caffe Molise. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the food was actually pretty good for such a low price! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cheap Italian place near the convention center.

Made late reservations for dinner. The food was average at best. Pasta was uninspiring. The good news is that they own a wine bar next door with some nice choices. Staff was pleasant.

I recently spent 4 nights in Salt Lake City and ate three times, first twice for lunch and then finally for dinner on a Friday night, here. Both regular menus have a nice selection, although twice I was lured by a special. The venue has a warm, natural feel. Service was efficient, but not especially friendly, although that felt like... This restaurant was amazing. We ate here with a group of 11 people. The service was quick. Everyone received what they ordered, and the food was good. I am from Boston and have been to the North End Multiple times, and this place put the restaurants there to shame. I ordered the Lasagna, and it was absolute heaven!

Caffe Molise was highly recommended by Trip Advisor reviewers, and for very good reason. Excellent quality and quantity of Italian food. Our group had fish, pork loin, chicken, beef, and various pastas. Everyone agreed it was excellent.

My friend and I were attending a convention in Salt Lake City and stayed across the street at the Mariott. Caffe Molise was across the street, so we decided to give it a try. It was awesome! We loved it so much, we ate there every day for lunch, and even one day we had lunch AND dinner there. We... More

Across street from my hotel and also convenient to the convention center as well as temple square. Still winter so patio not open. Made reservation online and no wait. Service was very good- fast, friendly, and efficient. I ordered the arista, a spice rubbed roasted pork with a black fig compote which had wonderful flavor. May have been just a... More

Great attentive service. Small and quaint. Good for quiet conversation. Menu was interesting with something for everyone.

I was in Salt Lake City attending a conference and several of us were looking for a place to eat. Caffe Molise is very close to the convention center, but I would advise getting reservations if in a similar situation (we had them, and it helped greatly since we were on a tight schedule). The entrees were good, wine and... More

We were staying at the Marriott across the street and saw the sandwich board advertising the restaurant so we decided to try it. The house salad was fresh greens and a light vinaigrette dressing. I had an antipasto of butternut squash ravioli's for my entree and my partner had the lasagna. Both were very good. The staff was attentive and... More
