Friday April 10, 2015 Had great cocktails, gin raspberry and a lemonocello, before a delicious dinner of halibut, cooked just right. I asked for a wedge of lemon because I usually put it on most fish but I certainly didn't need it on this piece of fish. It tasted like they had just caught it and cooked it. The vegetables... More

Tin Angel Cafe is located just off Pioneer Park in downtown Salt Lake City. The menu is diverse and ranges from small plates and tapas to large salads and entrees. Many menu items are Gluten Free or can be prepared GF. Prices are moderate, service is very good and the food is always great. We love this restaurant and would... More

The steak salad was delicious. They over cooked my wife's steak, retried and under cooked it the second time. The owner came out and personally apologized and comped the meal! Very professional, courteous and quirky atmosphere makes for a great experience. I highly recommend this establishment

We had dinner at the restaurant after traveling all day. The food was good and there seemed to be a decent selection on the menu. We actually wanted to come back on our trip to try the tapas options but did not have time.

Great food. I had th slow roasted lamb ciabata sandwich with a side salad. The salad dresssings speak volumes for creativity - I had a champagne apricot dressing on my green salad. They did not drown the lettuce! The lamb was tender, mouth-watering, luscious. Yum. I know from lamb - I raise my own sheep. I tried the bread pudding... More

This place is a real treat. The offerings are all delicious and we love items that are off menu, which are offered daily.

Service was great! Love the tapas, they are a great way to try many of the different food that they have to offer. We had the pato tacos which were great. I loved the quaint atmosphere, and even the mismatched plates that they use for dining. The local artwork was awesome to check out as well.

The service was exceptional. They were present, attentive and helped me choose from their scrumptious menu. The food was simple, yet super full of flavor. I had their house made Spinach Fontina soup and a Cuban press sandwich. Both were incredibly tasty, perfect size portions and a good value for the price.

Funky, fun place in a questionable location (across the street from Pioneer Park). Had a fantastic meal and received great service. Was pretty slow on a Friday night, in my opinion - was surprised it wasn't hopping a bit more. Enjoyed our experience but not sure we'll be back.
