Eva is dedicated to and named after chef Charlie Perry's great grandmother. Eva Coombs passed on her respect for quality ingredients, an emphasis on the nourishing benefits of food and most importantly, the shared pleasure of eating. At Eva, our tapas style dining promotes a communal sense of enjoyment. We have an extensive and varied small plates menu, craft cocktails and hand picked wine list.

Excellent food, comfy atmosphere

We were looking for some late-night eats and found this place. They were nice enough to let us eat as they were closing in 15 minutes. I had the lamb meatball skewers and my boyfriend had the steak. I loved my dish and tried the steak. I'm not a steak fan by any means but I would definitely order... read more

Lots of vegetarian options. The lobster ravioli was amazing. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

We went to Eva with another couple on Saturday night. Of the many items we tried our favorites were the lamb, the wagyu bruschetta, and the oink oink oink. But the highlight of the night, for me, was the chocolate croissant bread pudding. It was AMAZING! This is one of those places where everything you order is meant to be... More

I love this place, the patio at the back is really nice and cozy, and the food is really yummy and good quality. I would like that the dishes were bigger though

We wanted a late night bite after a show and were told of Eva. This cozy intimate restaurant (you will know your neighbor) hit the spot. They had a wide selection of tapas from vegetarian to beef and all between. The food was very good and the service was friendly and prompt.

I was blown away by this wonderful, reasonably priced place in downtown Salt Lake City which serves inventive, flavorful, superb and oh so yummy small plates. We shared 4 deliciuos small plates which are presented in order of my personal preference: spinach and potato gnocchi with white wine cream sauce, peas, mushrooms, Parmesan and truffle oil; Moroccan roasted cauliflower with... Arrived on Tuesday night after a long flight. Wanted some small bites--at 8pm they were full-- we sat at the bar- great food-- try grilled asparagus on jalapeño aioli with poached egg, unique spanikopita, and fantastic cocktails and wine list. Service was great. Huge menu--we wanted everything and all food we saw looked beautiful. Get reservation. Our server Sommer was... More

I've been to Eva a few times and, just like wine, I think it has gotten better with age. During my most recent visit, we ordered several dishes that were excellent. The meatballs were extraordinary, as was the asparagus with egg.
