Espresso worth the line

This is the best coffee in SLC. Great espresso drinks, and good scones and other treats. A capuccino comes with two shots (in the short) and they know how to make it. Brewed coffee gets fewer accolades, but still falls in the 'tasty' range. Weekday mornings after 7:30, there is a long line... read more

Others try, but this place is an institution. Great coffee, food, atmosphere, staff. Fun location with the funky gift shop attached. Can't find a better place to have a coffee if you try.

Coffee Garden's cheerful, cozy atmosphere is perfect for reading and studying. It's always buzzing with people, and the resulting ambient noise is just right when trying to focus: it's not so loud that you can't concentrate, but not so quiet that any disturbance will distract you. The tea selection is heaven, and the espresso shots are never bitter. Coffee Garden... More

This is a great place to get coffee a snack and people watch. Indoor and outdoor seating. 9th and 9th is a cool area. The baristas know what they are doing.

Very few restaurants in Salt Lake City offer good espresso coffee. This is the place to go after a good meal in town. Popular place for young people. Nice place to relax and enjoy a good coffee after a good meal.Plenty of pastries. We went weekday at night and did not have any problem getting in and finding a table.The... More

It's in a cute part of SLC called 9th and 9th. Nice place to relax, eat a simple sandwich or quiche. Coffee is good. We go all of the time to hang out.
